Wow. We got a gift card for Christmas and finally had a chance to come over and try out Flank Steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, staff is very friendly and the food is insanely good.

Excellent, elevated, elegant food and drink to a level that is somewhat unexpected in Hutchinson, MN. There is no need to drive 50 miles into the twin cities for the “best chefs” — they’re here! It is clear that Vincent and Amanda know quality food and drink. We loved our cocktails, appetizers, and the hanger steak. 10/10 highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing food. I got the surf and turf which was more than id usually spend on a meal, but it was well worth it. The steak was cooked beautifully, the shrimp were delicious, the carrots were amazing and the potatoes were so flavorful. The staff were very accommodating and patient with our kids (7&2). The kids menu has the usual choices and is very reasonable for the quality of food, $7 for little kids and $10 for big.

I have been wanting to come try this place since it opened. The food was amazing! I ordered the Beef Trio which was a perfect way to try three cuts of steak I’ve never tried before. I was blown away! Totally worth the hour drive and I’ll definitely be back!

It was very good, the steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned well and had a great crust. The black garlic mash was very flavorful, could have used extra spear or two of asparagus (I felt like 2 wasn’t enough), but the hollandaisehad a bright citrus creaminess that added a nice freshiness to grill asparagus.

We were both very excited about a great steak. Unfortunately the steaks were nothing special at all. We shared our steaks and had the hanger and the flank. The brussel sprouts were basically raw, the noodles were over cooked. 3 asparagus spears and a very small baked potato. Our server Andrew was great! Unfortunately for us though he was the bar tender, our server, and the phone guy. Our food was delivered but Andrew was busy taking phone orders and by the time we were asked how everything was it didn’t matter much anymore. I guess we wished that we would have gone somewhere else and left this as a place we wanted to try.

We had our wedding reception at Flank Steakhouse in December of 2021 and it was amazing! We love the ambiance of Flank, the decor, and the food! We were looking to have a small wedding and thinking outside the box – we were interested in having something small, local, and with really good food! We presented our idea to Vince and Amanda to have our wedding reception there and they were totally on board! They were excited to host, offered creative ideas, and were very responsive throughout the planning process!

Flanks Steakhouse has been phenomenal. Everytime we have gone there, the food has been amazing. Great show last night and 6 course meal. Even when they were short staffed they went out of their way to make sure we had a great dinner. Highly recommend them.

What a wonderful meal! Ribs were the special. My husband enjoyed them immensely. Smoked, tender, flavorful, and plentiful. Flank steak was done perfectly, seasoned well, tender and juicy. Parmesan risotto was excellent! Chocolate cremé brûlée was the perfect ending. The cocktails were fun and tasty! Server was great. Atmosphere was very nice.
