Well, I hate leaving negative/bad reviews. I actually avoid it for the most part. Small portions, higher than average prices, and the flavor just wasn’t there. Maybe my expectations were too aligned with other Indian places I’ve been.

One of my favorite restaurants and I’m lucky that it’s in my own town. Casual eaters and “foodies” alike would enjoy both the food and the experience of Five Rivers. The food is delicious, the aesthetic has a flair but is comfortable, and so far, the service has been impeccable. My server was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Suitable for a date night or a family outing. The back patio will be a favorite spot of mine this Spring and Summer.

Ordered some takeout for dinner. I was skeptical about quality Indian cuisine in this area but damn it was awesome and authentic. The Lamb curry was perfectly spicy since I I ordered 9/10 spice level but could have done the 10/10. Also I suggest you try the tomato soup and get the large, it was fresh and delicious.

1st time having Indian food and I am glad it was here! Great food served super fast by a great helpful server. My Husband had the lamb curry and it was the best lamb I have ever had! I got the chicken makhani and rice with garlic naan and it was all really good will definitely be coming back soon!

I live an hour away from 5 rivers and my family &I have traveled several times for this most authentic Indian food. A local surgeon introduced it to me and since then we’ve been hooked. The flavors & spices used make each dish exceptionally good. If you like hot spice, they can really bring it too. Don’t be intimidated if never had Indian food. It’s absolutely delicious.

The service was great, friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment and relaxing decor. The flavors and spice level were good but it won’t replace my favorite Indian restaurant any time soon. My only problem is the portion sizes. The portions of the main item were too small for the price being charged. They were good portion sizes for me meal-wise but for the price I expected twice as much food.

Best Indian food we’ve ever had – hands down. We were passing through town on our way to Indiana and stumbled upon this gem. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The owner made a spectacular kid friendly – off the menu – dish for our children based on their food interests. My husband and I we’re dreaming about this meal for days after we ate there. Wishing we had a place this fresh and delicious in our hometown.

Very nice atmosphere. Flavorful. I enjoy the lamb curry, hot tea and flatbread with potatoes. You can set your level of spiciness from 1 to 10. I usually go for an 8, my husband 6. It’s just right for each of us.
