Ordered a cajun fillet club no tomatoes. I get home and it was grilled! Everything in my bag was covered with season salt. No napkins No straw. Today I ordered a picnic coleslaw. The girl at the window said they was going to give me two individual ones. I said I wanted a picnic container of coleslaw. So Bojangles decided to dump two individually into a picnic container. When I looked inside the container it was less than 3/4 full. So I went inside and asked for my money back. So everyone in the store had to look into the container. The manager came up with an attitude and said I will give you your money back. No I’m sorry or nothing. This is not customer service. 8/15. I stopped in today around lunchtime because there was only two cars in the parking lot. I was excited to get in and out because I had to be somewhere. Once I opened the door, I was even more excited because there was only one person ahead of me. I stood in line for 10 mins and the person in front of me order still had not been taken. So needless to say, I left very disappointed and without any food. The staff seem to not have any urgency to wait on the customers. I will not be going back .

This bojangles in particular is just bad it self. We order a 8 tailgate special and our rice was only half full not even past it. We also order fries mind you we paid for them and didn’t even received it. The chicken very cold along with rice and bean that we ordered with it as well. I don’t not recommend ever going there I mean we sure are not.
