Customer service is amazing this has nothing to do with the staff. But the soda machine has a sulfur smell to the drinks and just doesn’t taste right. Meals are expensive as it is. So as a guest you just want a good drink. Hope this review gets a response i would love to change the rating.

Ordered from here often, ordered an online pickup order and went to pick up. Picked up and got home, sandwich was missing 3 out of the 6 items on my sandwich. Called to let them know they messed up politely, woman employee caught an attitude when I let her know. Forgetting I’m spending my money at your business, getting attitude for YOUR mistake.

YUM! Five Guys burgers & fries are legendary. Double burger or bacon burger are fantastic. Plenty of toppings to add. Reg size fries are perfect for 2-3 people. Friendly staff + keeping the location clean during COVID. I see them wiping down door handles etc. Only challenge which keeps me from eating here often is the prices. Quality is great but be prepared to spend $30+ for 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 drink & a shake. Again, great food but it’s not a “cheap” spot to eat. A+ visit as always.

Fist time and Last time! The cashier didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted toppings. I told him it was my first time ordering at the restaurant and he just explained me that I gotta order the hamburger, fries and soda separately, there’s no Combos. Big surprise when I received a plain hamburger meat with bread. So disappointing, for that price a can get a real hamburger anywhere.

Delicious, as usually. It’s fresh and you just have to be patient. Enjoying that first bite is well worth the wait. And the fries, yes! They always give you more than enough, so feel free to share! The price is very reasonable. Really no excuse not to try something. And remember, there are unshelled peanuts while you wait for your order. They are free, in case you were wondering.

Good food. Always a nice stop. It used to be the best $5 Burger you could get. Now it’s more like a $9 Burger. Still very good to have fresh ingredients and a great burger. The fries are still the best around, even though you don’t get as many as you used to. If I had one complaint, it would be that the milkshakes at $5 seem overpriced. Other than that great place to get a real burger with real meat and potatoes.
