There was live music and seating in the outdoor patio which made our dinner even more enjoyable. You could walk over and sit after dinner to enjoy the music and ambiance. Food was delicious, except our kids steak was overcooked, but still tasty. Crab fashioned and stuffed flounder a must try! It was busy so I do recommend reservations

This was the best restaurant we ate at in Hilton Head. The fresh seafood, key lime pie and hush puppies were excellent. The ambiance and location overlooking the marshes was beautiful. The day we went it was 60° and rainy but we still ate outside. The patio heaters and the large overhang kept us very comfortable. The wait staff were great and very courteous. I wish I could come back at night to enjoy the more expensive menu and outdoor lighting. Given the opportunity, I would absolutely come back and eat arc his restaurant again. I would definitely recommend Fishcamp to family and friends.

Our reservation awarded us a table next to the toilets & a lot of traffic including servers behind us counting cash, loud & lengthy singing & prancing around, which doesn’t really pare with a $125+ dinner. It was one of those pay machines at the table, while the server watches your input the tip, which I hate. Your choices are 22% and up I think.

Very relaxing vibe at this Hilton Head eatery. The restaurant overlooks a tranquil bay while a musician plays classic mellow pop songs. The menu is predominantly from the sea, but make no mistake, their meat dishes are of the highest quality. I had the ribeye. It was juicy, tasty, and had a marvelous demi glace sauce. Although it was very hot and humid outdoors, I still opted for the chicken and vegetable soup of the day. It was excellent, and had several huge chunks of fresh chicken. For dessert, we shared a peanut butter mousse and it was outstanding; we were like vultures, and finished the dessert in no time. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, and also gave us useful tips for traveling around the island. Overall, an amazing dining experience.

So far best restaurant for us! We took a chance and got seated outside with no wait. Arrived around 5:30. It was somewhat cloudy so we were hoping for no rain. As soon as we sat down the sun started to come out. Service was excellent and all the food was wonderful. hush puppies, shrimp, flounder, oysters, and chicken finger for the kid! Views were awesome and even had some games for the family to play. We stuck around after dinner for a game of cornhole and Jenga! Will definitely be back!

We went for a late lunch and got a seat in the outdoor seating area. We ordered jalapeño hush puppies, shrimp burger, half shell oysters, crab cakes, and lobster sandwich. The food was great, we loved the crab cakes and the oysters. Though the water smelled and tasted real bad. Also, we didn’t like the hush puppies as much as others did. They were not great.

My family and I always make at least one if not two trips to fishcamp every year during our annual pilgrimage to HHI. The food and drinks are always great, the service is wonderful, and the views can’t be beat. I definitely recommend making reservations well in advance especially for dinner. The patio seating is great if the weather behaves and the bar is always a fun spot to grab a drink. Highly recommend the hush puppies, camp lemonade, ahi tuna (any form!) and always consider their specials!

After hearing about the the history of this iconic spot we had to try it! We sat out on the deck which overlooked the bay. The view was awesome. We ordered the baked oysters, fish tacos and shrimp burger. I wasn’t a fan of the shrimp burger but the rest of the food was excellent!

The food at this place was so good! Would recommend an appetizer if you are SUPER hungry but besides that it was so good. I also feel like the drinks were a very reasonable price. They have live music and it’s a great waterfront location. Would recommend!
