Drive up menus were closed. Went through the drive-thru. When we got our food, we were missing one of the large tots. We told them we were missing them, then they asked for our receipt. We showed them our receipt then they asked to see our bag. VERY disappointed in this restaurant…

Went to Sonic for footlong chili dog meals. Pull up to the window to pay and person that was getting money was rude. After getting the orders, before can ask for Ketchup and stuff. That person closed the window right in my face. Had to wait until they finally open the window to tell them want Ketchup and bqq sauce. After that when start eating I saw that my hot dog was burnt all over the hot dog. Plus the tots was tasting old. I don’t think I’ll be coming to that Sonic no more when I visit Milwaukee. The lemonade was ok. This was 2nd time going to that Sonic and still food wasn’t good.

Went for a quick bite at lunch time. Hard to park with the long drive through line. Also hard to get out of spot after eating due to same issue. Heads up park on right side past the drive through line. The service was nice and quick and came with a great smile. Food is always great. I ordered a red bull slushy and was amazed at how yummy it was! ( I’m not a fan of red bull ) Great place to take the kiddos. Different kind of eating experience and very colorful eye-catching food. Affordable and satisfying.

The food is good. The cherry lime aid is still the best drink ever, and now they have a pretzel with cheese that’s like the one you get at the mall. They are usually fairly okay with timing, but are still kind of slow.

I ordered more than a few items on the menu, and my burgers were burnt and dried out. It seemed as if the burger tasted old. The customer service is okay, but I won’t be returning back to this location. I did call corporate because the manager at this location just wanted to go back and forth with me on why my burger was burnt and tasted like yesterday’s cookout food. (very rude) I would not recommend this location.

My fiancé and I were eating and I was just about half way done with my hot dog when my fiancé noticed a dark spot on the bun. Turns out it was mold . We couldn’t even finish the rest of what we order because we were so paranoid. We tried calling but there is no answer. I would like to know what we can get from that , I mean we couldn’t even finish our food , who knows what else was bad.

First time visit for a dinner meal. Used drive thru – line was slow, but easy to navigate. Meal was just okay, had bacon cheeseburger with fries and mozzarella sticks. Service was courteous. Will be back for the Red Bull drink. Probably not a Sonic burger fan.

The manager Loretta had the nerve to tell me that they don’t have any small cups for a slush that if I’m ok with a medium cup and wanted to charge me for a medium. It was for a little girl and she would never finish it.
