The entire establishment is clean, fun, and just amazing. From the second we walked in everyone was friendly, but the best part of my dining experience was having Kat take care of us. She was attentive, sweet, and overall great! We will definitely be returning customers and the food was so GOOD!!!

After our original choice of restaurant had over an hour wait we ended up here at Metro Diner. I’m so thankful we did! We shared a plate of chicken and waffles and it was HUGE! We both ate until stuffed and took leftovers home. Their grits were to die for….ive never had grits so creamy . The service was excellent and the food came out unbelievably fast. Definitely a must try!

Tried the Croissant French Toast and OMG…Deelish ! Seriously , it was delicious . The fried chicken is also QUITE delicious ; well seasoned , juicy and crispy . Scrambled eggs were a bit runny and bland . Great spot for good breakfast eats as well as lunch/dinner.

I love this restaurant! It’s very clean, including the restroom. The food is great! I always need a doggy box. Too much to eat in one sitting. The wait staff are so sweet and helpful. It feels like family from the time you get there till the time you leave. I recommend this place for the best breakfasts and lunches.

Visited 3/11/23 and wasn’t sure what to order after seeing menu when I walked in but when I saw the gluten-free menu…yaaa!!! Ordered 3-meat omelette, of course gluten-free bread and some of the best plain grits I’ve ever had! No cheese, no salt or pepper, butter & sugar baby! Happiness all around

Metro Diner did not have the normal “diner feel” to me. It was more like a local trendy restaurant feel. The menu was smaller than other diners I’ve eaten in but still had ample choices. The food and service were good. The coffee was good, and my cup was topped off regularly. I felt like it was a bit pricey for a diner, but still not bad. Most of the menu items were between $11 and $17. I did get something cheaper as I was not that hungry (eggs, hashbrowns, and toast for $9) and it was tasty with good portion sizes. The biscuits and gravy were large and tasty as well as cinnamon roll French toast.
