Oh man!! Had the loaded baked potato and I will no longer be satisfied with a little bacon and chives to dress a potato.. The mind that decides to skip right past bacon bits to loading a potato with pulled pork, onion and cilantro is culinary innovation at its finest. SO SO SO good!!!
