First of all, the way they handled the food was appalling. It was as if the staff had zero training in food handling. They carelessly scooped the ingredients onto the burrito without any consideration for cross-contamination or hygiene. It was enough to make me question whether I should even risk taking a bite.

WORST LOCATION. Do not bother wasting your time on this Chipotle. If you go past 8pm expect them to be out of nearly ALL their veggies, and no they won’t tell you until you’re already down the line. There are a few male employees I have had great experiences with. However during my last visit after learning half the ingredients were out the female employee said, “Do you want the bowl or not.” I said some mean things to her and then left. I left with nothing but wasted time. I am just so over this location.

The girl who put together our meal had a raging attitude problem. She kept glaring at us and the other people she was serving. Everytime someone new walked in she gave them her death glare too. She was loudly throwing serving spoons back into the containers they came from instead of just setting them back down. When I ordered my tacos, she was mumbling as she asked me if I wanted child tacos or regular, so I had to ask her to repeat herself several times before I finally understood her. When my friend and I were checking out, she slammed our food down on the counter, leaned over the counter, and stared at us menacingly with her nasty glare for several seconds before going to help the next customer. We ate in the restaurant and we watched her as she repeated her attitude problem with every customer.

Repeatedly get undercooked food. I have given this location many chances but I’m finally writing a review after receiving a quesadilla that has not been warmed to melt cheese. The taste of food, particularly the chicken is inconsistent with every other Chipotle I’ve been to. Likely the worst Chipotle in the country.

The food was alright but the portions were inconsistent and the rice had cold spots. Hygiene and hair restaurants were lacking and staff weren’t washing hands between glove changes, gloves are not a replacement for washing hands. There was very little effort put into customer interaction.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I eat at chipotle’s regularly (3-5 times a week) while I travel for work. I’ve been to countless chipotles across the country and this is the worst one I’ve been to. Girl who took my order had her AirPods in with absolutely no interest what so ever in the quality of food she was serving. I usually get carnitas but that was simply not an option since it looked like a tub of murky water, but if you do decide to get protein with your meal I’d highly recommend double meat since my bowl had a total of 4 peices of cubed meat in it. I do not mean this lightly THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN THE MIDWEST. I created an account on here simply to leave a review on this place. There’s a nice Culver’s a block away if you’re stuck in the area.

Ordered food via the Chipotle app at 6:45 for drive thru pick up. Said pick up time would be 6:50. Drive thru lane was 20 cars deep backed up to Pioneers Blvd. Parking lot was full. Went back home without food and then requested refund through app chat. Someone needs to fix the app as I have had this issue before where their timings are always wrong. It’s always 5 minutes when in fact it never is. My order was finally ready for pick up…at 7:30! Yes 45 minutes after I ordered! Do better Chipotle
