Very inconsistent.
One time the food and visit is great, line answers questions nicely, excellent service, food is fantastic.
The next visit you pick up tacos that are more like enchiladas and so sloppy you have to take them home to fry them into quesadillas just to eat them. Soaked the take home bag clear through.

I absolutely adore chipotle in all aspects but recently I’ve been extremely disappointed in their work. The staff are all teenagers and they are always talking to each other instead of serving their customers and I get it. Jobs are hard and you just need some relaxation sometimes but when you’re working, I expect you to work. Often times their portions are absolutely bipolar. I have diabetes and when they don’t follow their portion sizes that are listed on their nutrition website it messes with my blood sugar either go higher or low. They don’t know how to give a normal person. It’s either way too much or way too little. And when their manager is there, may I just say he is not nice. She looks like he wants to cry every single shift and I went there about four weeks ago and may I just say last time there ever I was ordering a kids build your own taco with chicken, white rice, cheese and a side cup of queso they gave me food poisoning. I would extremely recommend chipotle I would absolutely stay away from this location.

I’m usually not that guy but chose honesty of what I got, and you can’t even make up how pitiful the ration of barbacoa they gave me it’s unseen if you even tried looking for a protein in the burrito and just loaded with carbs kind of disrespectful when I know in they’re minds they try to stretch it for the shift but come on I paid for what? Let’s do better.

Worst Chipotle location in town. I have ordered rice bowls for delivery from this location on multiple occasions. They are always extremely skimpy, even when extra meat has been purchased. They skimp on queso too. $10 for a large chip and queso that is half full? Not in this economy. Avoid this place.

Meh. That’s all I can say about this place. It looks like a really decent fast casual Mexican experience, but it’s just a glorified Taco Bell. (No disrespect to Taco Bell, of course) The food is really expensive, when it’s not that great, and the presentation barely makes up for anything. I’d recommend opting for an authentic Mexican restaurant, where the food will be amazing and they won’t charge you an extra $6 for chips and salsa.

i eat chipotle 1-2 times a day everyday for the last 6 months. includes 10+ locations. i picked up an order from this location and haven’t even finished eating before writing this. i have never had more flavor in a chipotle bowl in my life.

If you respect yourself & love chipotle do not go to this location! I choked on every single cilantro piece in the white rice because they don’t cut it up at all. It’s more cilantro in the rice than RICE they need to get these Taco Bell workers out of there & hire all new crew because YUCK. This is how much I picked out after eating only a 3RD of my bowl
