I ordered a beacon king burger that came with melted cheese and beacon. I also ordered another chicken burger. But I received my hamburger without any beacon, only meat and cheese. And the fries that came included were all cold. Terrible service on the Drive thru.

I have 2 $5 credits in my cell. System would not let me use on sale item, can only use on full price stuff. So decided to get 2 full price whoppers, but system said i could only use one per day? $5 CREDITS were put on my account for past screwups on bk part, now you screwing it up again. $5 should be worth $5 even if used on sale item, otherwise it is worth less than $5???

Both burgers made wrong, asked for a dbl hamburger came with one burger charged for a dbl. 2 . My dbl bacon cheeseburger came with no cheese and Xtra ketchup and I said no ketchup. Playing games I guess.

Love this Burger King. The place is always very clean,even the bathrooms. The staff from employees to management is always welcoming and friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. This is the only BK I go to in Newburgh, the other on Plank Rd. needs to follow this one! (It would make a big difference.) I recommend this place!
