came in and used a coupon to order two whoppers with no ketchup and no pickles. The person taking my order, Marisela, repeated back to make sure that I wanted no ketchup and no pickles on my whoppers not just once but twice. After taking a few bites I found that there was ketchup on both of the whoppers. I took my order back into the store and I was very understanding, as someone who worked in fast food in the past, that these things happen sometimes. I just asked Marisela if they could remake them without the ketchup. She responded very rudely saying “Well, if you don’t tell me how am I supposed to know” I reminded her that I did tell her what I wanted and that she even repeated my order back to me twice. I think she did remember but she didn’t apologize for her rude tone. She then grabbed the bag with my order inside very aggressively and said “Well, this is trash now” and then turned to ask the kitchen to remake my whoppers. Another employee saw the interaction and even apologized on Marisela’s behalf. I could tell by the reaction of the employee that apologized, that Marisela has an attitude towards them as well, and I learned that she was actually a manager. It was upsetting to me to think that they have to deal with her rudeness for a whole shift and apologize on her behalf to customers.
Manger Marisela needs to be checked because I know for a fact that she is mistreating the rest of the employees and going on power trips and creating a hostile work environment. Nobody wants to work with a manager like that, let alone interact with them just as a customer, so please take action. I know I’m not the only customer to experience this discomfort.

I saw the commercial for the Italian chicken sandwich and I was hungry so I made my way to BK. Looking at the photos on the menu had me questioning if I should try what I originally came in for but ultimately I did order the Italian chicken sandwich. I was pleased with customer service and the dining area was clean but I was disappointed in the food; its presentation and overall taste. I received 2 medium orders of fries and one was undercooked. There was a notice stating they were running out of tomatoes and lettuce but I think most fast food chains are experiencing this issue. Most of the burgers are very small and not made with very much sauce or toppings. The prices at BK are not equal to the quality of the food.

Both my kids kids meals were supposed to have chicken nuggets in them. I guess they forgot to add them, but I got my fries drink and their toy. Called management and what annoyed me the most is that they did not seem to care. They told me to contact their customer support to get it fixed. Then they avoided giving me a refund and told me to send an email and that they will look into it.

I haven’t visited this burger King in over 6 years because everytime I went my order was incorrect. I finally visited again figuring what were the chances that my order was incorrect again, but I was only left very disappointed once again. I simply ordered 2 whoppers (no tomatoe, extra pickles) and I get them both with no tomatoes and no pickles and both were very dry and messy.

They will forget your items and have you mad as at home, don’t leave without opening up your food and checking Thoroughly. In the picture, I was only given nine of my 12 mozzarella Fries.
I know it’s late and you may be short-staffed but you need to slow down and make sure your order is correct.

I went on Uber Eats to place an order and it said they are closed at 11:30pm so I called them and they said we close at 12:00am don’t try to place an order on Uber Eats at 11:30 or after don’t waste your time highly recommend they change they’re time on Uber Eats for closing time

Burger King is literally stealing money from me! I ordered on the Burger King app to pick up at the restaurant. I ordered 2 ice cream cones but when I got to the restaurant the ice cream machine was broken, of course. The employees tried to offer me a substitute but I wanted a refund back to my credit card but I was told to go back on to the app to talk to customer service. The customer service is just an automated message system that keeps trying to offer me credit to Burger King. I explain to the customer service that I’m done with Burger King because of their bad service at many of their restaurants locations. They still didn’t respond back or give me a refund. We need stop allowing Burger King to steal our money for Burger King mess up.
