So glad to be back to Boston! I’ve visited this restaurant back in 2018, and felt in love with the concept. Always wanted to come back and finally did on a weekend Boston trip. Came on a Sunday around 2 pm and it cost $22.99 per person. They now have a brunch concept. How it works is, you pick your raw food put it in a bowl, pick your sauces and seasonings and head to the grill. Give your food to the cook and it gets cooked in front of you. It’s a very cool concept and entertaining to watch. The menu is Korean, but they serve pasta, burgers, pancakes, salads and crepes. If you come to Boston definitely worth it to make a stop here and try. Family and friendly atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. This is one of my favorite spots in Boston for sure.

I’ve always been a fan of Fire and Ice. Once the one near me closed down, I go to this location in Boston instead. Super disappointed with the staff. Came in during dinner which was busy so I understand, but 30 min. for my drink to get to the table was ridiculous. We were also just a party of 2 so they must’ve forgotten about us. No excuse for bad service though. If you’ve eaten here, you know how it works, and you know that the food taste will depend on you. Overall: 4/10.

Similar to a Mongolian BBQ restaurant, Fire+Ice allows you to choose your own raw foods and then have them cooked on a large flattop grill in the middle of the room. Lots of fresh, healthy, food options – something to please everyone! My only complaint is that the entire second-floor dining room is one big, open, room with nothing to buffer the noise. It’s so LOUD in there it’s difficult to carry on a conversation. The servers literally have to YELL instructions to be heard.

Amazing experience! The concept is so fun! You gather your own ingredients and spices, sauces, seasonings. Then you bring it over and watch them cook it on this huge grill! The food was great and the drinks were amazing as well! Definitely coming back!

This place was a great stop in the heart of Boston. The place was crowded but the service was fast. There is plenty of food to choose from. Make reservations if you can.

I was downstairs with my family and the downstairs waiter/bartender David was the best I have ever encountered. His personality, professionalism and vibe was amazing. I will hope that anyone that goes there has David as waiter will have the experience we had while visiting Boston. He made our experience great after dealing with some issues. I will be back just to have him and the food.

Possibly my favorite restaurant of all time, fresh food choices that you walk to the grill and are entertained by the chefs as they prepare your meal. Fabulous mixed drinks that are delightful and very strong. The place is very noisy, but has a fun art deco atmosphere.
