I ordered take out today. It was a small tuna salad sandwich. When I got there, no acknowledged or greeted me. I was standing there at least 5 or 6 mins before anyone said anything to me, while the time is ticking away on my lunch break. When i finally get it, it is a sloppy mess. I had to get back to work and I was hungry, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. I regret eating it; the sandwich was disgusting. It had more mayonnaise than tuna. I don’t know what happened to this location. I guess all the friendly people who cared about their job all quit. I won’t be back.

Placed my order online. It was a bbq brisket sandwich with double meat. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up, which was exactly 15 minutes after I ordered it. Noticed the workers were all sitting in the lobby on their phones, with no one behind the counter, which was #1. I got in the car to check my food, noticed it was kind of cold, which was never the case when I ordered a brisket sandwich from other Firehouse locations, that was #2. I ordered double meat, and it appeared to be just the regular sized portion, and that was #3. My blood sugar was low, and I didn’t feel like driving back, so I ate it, and the next morning, I spent the majority of my day in the restroom because of a stomach virus. Apparently, the workers didn’t feel like working that afternoon, so they probably quickly slapped my sandwich together so they could get back to their phones and didn’t properly cook the meat on my sandwich, which is why it was cold. Safe to say I won’t come back to this location anymore.

John, Brittany, and Kasey were very nice and made it very welcoming. Me and my fiance came in 5 minutes before closing time knowing that they were tired and ready to close up but they decided to put the customer first and took our order. Food is very delicious. I highly recommend this firehouse

I just wondered what time they closed? Because I understand that they closed for public at 9 pm weekdays. But apparently they closed before because we just stopped by at 8:40 pm that door was unlocked and the Open sing was on but immediately we get in they yelled ( we closed ).

Extremely rude employees. Barely acknowledge you, greet you with “it’s gonna be a long wait we are short staffed”. No communication after that. They prioritize to go orders and not the people in the dining area. The dining area itself is disgusting, very dirty. The people working are unprofessional, no customer service. I love firehouse subs but this location is just not it.

Never leave reviews but this location deserves it went in at 8:40 for a sub for myself and my kids it was heavy raining and as soon as I walk in a employee informed me they where understaffed and wouldn’t take anymore orders the open sign was on and it was still 20 minutes to close. Bad customer service not my fault you are trying to get outta work fast i believe if it says you are open till 9 you should take customers till 9 especially in a fast food place.

My father was yelled at by the staff who was so rude. I’d never recommend this establishment to anyone. It’s awful and the people there clearly don’t like their jobs if they’re rude to the customer. They also never give you the right order. It’s always wrong and the staff hates being told they’re wrong.

I don’t eat at Firehouse Subs often. I came here for this particular visit for my birthday sub sandwich and selected the Medium Prime Rib Steak. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted pleasantly by one of the employees. I was assisted throughout with my questions answered. The ambiance was quiet with a slight humming from the machines, but it was peaceful in which I opted to sit inside at the bar window seating area and enjoyed the view as I ate my sandwich. I don’t eat pork and was pleased that this prime rib steak was an option. The different flavors complimented each other and it was a delight to consume. I love the convenience of the location of this restaurant and the different options they offer from cold to warm subs.
