The service was great but the food was not. I feel like I’m eating a frozen pizza it’s no crisp the bottom just soft like it’s not done all the way and the wings …. I opened the box and i thought they gave me plain all the season was at the bottom i ordered Cajun and sweet chili and they didn’t even toss it they put the sauce on the bottom and then put the wings on top. I am disappointed i decided to randomly want Pizza Hut and money was wasted.

I am a driver for a local company here in Troy, AL and had the opportunity to order food from Pizza Hut. The guy that answered the phone was really helpful, friendly, and accommodating to my phone signal not being very good. When the food was delivered (within about 20 minutes) it was hot still noticeably hot. The driver had to wait for me to move my truck out of the way for a separate issue and had no hostility nor attitude for my delay (about @10 minutes). I get back to where I’m parking for the night and I see this note on the chicken I ordered for my service dog and had to make comment and give a big thank you to the staff, Miss. G and Mr. J as well as the cooks that prepared our order. I’m loving the pizza and thinking the boy is liking his chicken too!

My husband went to get pizza and said he was there 30 minutes. He asked the woman behind the counter (who had been playing on her phone) to check and see if our order was ready and then she found that it had been in the warmer the whole time. Pizza was burnt, didn’t taste good at all and the cheese on both pizzas had run out of the crust. Won’t be eating here again. $40 for this.

Me my wife 2 daughters and brother in law stopped in here! The whole work crew was black folk. They treated us all very well and respectful, the food got done quickly and was steaming hot. Highly recommend this place

The employee who worked the window looked at me with distain. This is the second time I’ve encountered them, the first was the same attitude (which I had chalked up to having a bad day at the time). They also gave me the wrong drink and had an attitude when I asked for a correction. None of this was earth shattering, but when I got home the pizza had pools of barbecue sauce. When you picked up a slice over half the toppings sloughed off because they were floating on the sauce. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered delivery around 5:30 today, and when I received my pizza, it looked like the first pizza in the pictures (the pepperoni). It looks like there is some missing and it was cut terribly. Not only did it look awful, it was cold. My friend ordered from there tonight as well and the cheese pizza is theirs. Do your workers even care when handling the food? What’s going on over there? I’ve given this particular Pizza Hut a few chances, but not again.

Worst Pizza Hut in the entire United States. I just sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on my pizza that I ordered just to be told that they they don’t honor the $50 bill my order was 44.51 and all I had was $50 bill and no debit card so thanks Pizza Hut in Troy worst experience ever I will be saying something to corporate tomorrow as soon as they open up, that’s American tender you shouldn’t be able to deny money. I can see if I was trying to pay $100 for a $20 bill but no I was trying to pay $50 for a $44 meal.

The new Pizza Hut is best restaurant in Troy Alabama and going to the restaurant to order Pizza is blessing the wings are so delicious I enjoy eating Pizza Hut Pizza you can get more for your money and I love the Meat Lovers Pepperoni Lovers and I love the Super Supreme buy 2 of them and heating them up in the oven is a blessing the new location is beautiful and I love the fact no coupons you pay original price and they expensive and you get your money worth no sharing..I would get the 20.00 box or 25.00 box and heat up in my oven Foxcroft Apartments Henderson Drive Apt A6 Troy Alabama 36081 and I order during the day..and I stay upstairs and it’s balessing to stay upstairs…

The food was good. Had to wait on our pizza even though we called it in and picked it up via drive through. Come to find out what took so long is that our pizza actually got burnt! At least they were nice enough to replace it with a large when we ordered a medium. It could just be a coincidence that the employee who worked the window that day is the same rude employee at the Dollar General who refused to take the United Health Care card.
