I did ask to eat in store. Before my food came up I needed to leave. As I walked to the pick up area my name was called for my food. I asked to have it to go-politely. The guy who seemed to be the store manager turned to the cashier and said make sure you have it for here or to go. I said I did ask for here but I changed my mind. He spoke to me sarcastically and said you can’t change your mind it slows stuff up here. Rudely said to the cashier I can’t be changing my mind. I laughed. I said I ll wrap up my sandwiches. He said No it’s my job I can’t be changing my mind. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took him 10 seconds to wrap up the sandwiches and put then in a bag. I want to reiterate I asked. I didn’t have an attitude I wasn’t rude when I asked. Something changed and I needed to leave. I worked at a sandwich place that was busier than it was at the time, and I am considering the pick up orders. If the manager can’t handle it being modernly busy for my 10sec change in my order…. you need more training or a different job.

Excellent customer service. Fast friendly staff. The food was delicious. We both had a large sandwich. Its a foot long. Very filling. The pricing was reasonable. My new favorite place to grab a sandwich.

My tuna sandwhich only had tuna and mayo, not all the fixings. I ordered baked chips and got regular. When I called, the manager re did another sandwhich for free. The food is fresh and tastes amazing.

Well it was my first time having a fire house sub in person in a location. I had ordered a large hero and a large engineer. Since they failed to lable it we were unable to distinguish which was what. The making of the sub was not so tasty that we did NOT like finishing the sub for our dinner. Can’t say what was wrong but felt like wasting my $30.00 for dinner. Maybe the wrong choice of subs or wrong choice of location whatever it was I will definitely give them a second chance.

Slow service because staff were too busy arguing over how much the other is paid. The N word was dropped by one of the employees and it was embarrassing. The bread for my sandwich was not toasted and I probably received half of the meat that’s standard for the Hook and Ladder. There was also no pickle. Extremely disappointed in this location.
