I ordered a sandwich at 9:30 – 9:45 ish it was 3 guys and a girl with braids. One guy was sweeping the girl was making the gentleman who was sweeping sandwich which leave the two other gentleman. They made my sandwich on white bread when I asked for wheat no biggie I was still polite. Fast forward to me finally getting home its whole plastic in the middle of my sandwich. That’s so disgusting and down right low down. I had a long day why would you intentionally put plastic in my sandwich when I didn’t do anything to deserve that. I’m not understanding and very appalled that anyone would do that to some one’s food even after being polite in regards to them messing up the first sandwich. I’m so utterly disgusted. I had to throw my sandwich away after spending my hard earned money. This is really upsetting and very scary I’ve taken videos and pictures and I can also pinpoint who was making my sandwich and whom was working the night of. I pray no one else have to encounter their sandwich or food being tampered with all because of miscommunication of the bread being incorrect. If you look closely at the other sandwich you can see the other half of the plastic in the sandwich poking out to the left I have a video of me pulling that plastic out. So utterly disgusted. & very disappointed in the employee!!

I got my usual hook and ladder, just the way I like it. Perfect mix of meat, mayo, mustard, lettuce, cheese, and tomato. Bread was soft, and the pickle was on the side. Yum!
It wasn’t as warm as I wanted, but it was still good.
Tina was at the drive-thru, and another older guy was in the apron. They were both super professional and gave great service.
I love this Austell spot.
I ordered online, and I work two minutes away. By the time I got there, my sandwich was ready, no wait. I loved it!

I frequently visit this location due to proximity to my house. The staff is always professional but it’s hit or miss with accuracy of orders. Sometimes I order and everything is correct and then sometimes they mess my order up and it’s really upsetting. Just need consistency going forward.
