Absolutely the most welcoming CookOut I’ve ever been in! The staff were friendly and helpful, the store was not only clean but decorated which made it somehow homey, and the food was prepared by someone who cared that people eat what they prepare.

I hadn’t been to this Cook Out in about 10 months, and unfortunately it has gone downhill. I went with my daughter and ordered her a walking taco. I specifically asked if it had tomatoes due to her allergy and was told it did not; but it ended up having tomatoes anyway, which is a serious concern.
I ordered a bacon wrap that was awful. The bacon tasted burnt, yet some pieces didn’t even seem fully cooked. I usually get the chicken nuggets and enjoy them, but this time they weren’t good either, and I didn’t even receive the sauce I ordered.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. It’ll be a long time before I return.

Went to the new location in Batesburg-Leesville for some takeout. The staff had smiles on their faces and were friendly when we stopped in. The took our order with no wait time and our order was ready in less than four minutes. Only thing that kept this review a four star and not a five is that when we got home and looked one of our orders was not fully correct. Will go back again and can’t beat the cost.

Drive thru service was great and smooth running near closing times. The man taking my order was funny as well. But when I order cheese bites as one of the sides of my burger tray, please put more than 5 cheese bites on my tray please. Other than that I have no complaints.

The hamburger and BLT sandwich I purchased for my family today were smothered by an excessive amount of mayonnaise that made them inedible. The hamburger had the equivalent of 3 or 4 spoonfuls of mayonnaise. The french fries were hot, but you could tell that the oil that had been used to fry them was old.
The employee at the counter that took my order was nice.
I won’t be back anytime soon

I guess I picked forensics night because I got enough hair in my burger to identify a victim.
This was our first time ever eating at Cook Out. We are visiting from out of town and figured let’s give here a shot. We ordered 3 chicken quesadillas and a Big Double Tray. The workers were very polite. The burger, fries, walking tacos, everything tasted absolutely great… right up until I got a little over halfway through the burger.
That’s when we noticed and ended up pulling a long strand of hair out of my mouth. -_- Needless to say, that messed the meal up. I purchased our meal through the drive-thru. So we couldn’t see much of anything regarding how it was prepared. Whatever the case may be, that definitely soured the experience. Everyone we could see had on hair nets, but obviously it came from somewhere. Hopefully I was the only one that ran into this issue that night…or ever honestly.

I ask them everytime I order a cajun chicken sandwich to not put mayo, the receipt everytime says no mayo, yet everytime it has mayo. I really hate losing my tomato and lettuce every single time cause they are covered in something I asked be left off. Then I have to scrape the junk off the bun. Just take a moment read the order and skip the mayo. Less work for you friend.
