Let start off by saying Wesley’s service was amazing and made us feel so welcomed. Besides the amazing service we received, the whole meal was delicious. It’s a spot that we will visit again in the future.

I’ve been told to try this place so finally today we did. I’m from Louisiana and lived here 10 yrs so I know Cajun & creole food. I’m not judging my review on my experience and where I come from. The service was good. The place was nice and I was excited to try the food. My bf had eaten there a few years ago and said it was good. He had the red beans and rice both times. He said it wasn’t as good as before. I tasted it and it definitely didn’t taste like any red beans and rice I’ve ever had. Not terrible but not good. I was very disappointed in my dish. I love crawfish ettouffee so I ordered it. What I got for the price was honestly insulting. Over $20 for a cup of rice, an ettouffee sauce that lacked flavor with undercooked big chunks of onions, bell peppers etc and lastly 7 and yes I counted 7 small crawfish tails. Did I expect a huge heaping bowl of crawfish like I would get in Louisiana no but I did expect more than 7 for the price I paid for this bowl of food. I do not mind paying good money for good food but this was not it. Then to top it off I started feeling sick on the way home and have had food poisoning. My initial thoughts were maybe I should’ve ordered something else but after this I won’t be back. The quality for the price just isn’t worth it & I will not be returning. Maybe some of the other dishes are great but if the crawfish ettouffee is like this always y’all need to take it off the menu or fire the cook from today because it’s unexceptionable. Not worth $20+ a plate.

Delicious food and friendly service! Fire on the Bayou is a small, family-run restaurant that has an excellent menu of New Orleans favorites. Free parking. Colorful, hand-painted wall interior. Fresh food! The location can be hard to find. Use Google Maps as it is tucked off the main road in an office park. Plenty of free parking.

Our first time there and we’ll go back. There was 7 of us we all got something differant and tried each other’s and everything was delishious and topped it off with the best chocolate cake. Food was great, service was great and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Never mind, the food, the service and the atmosphere was horrible…. we want this place just for us!

This is a super unique find. We love seafood and decided to give this a try. For appetizers, we got onion rings and fried mushrooms. Right off the bat, it was obvious this was homemade. The sriracha ranch was great, just a hint of spice. The onion ring sauce was more mild and a little thicker consistency. We had a party of three. One person got the Vader burger and it was an instant hit. One person got the Jilly bucket, mild with garlic butter. Everything was cooked perfectly and there was more than enough food. I got the seafood platter, it came with oysters, shrimp, white fish and wedge fries. It was so much food,I had to take it home. The tartar sauce was also homemade and was so good. The online menu didn’t seem to have as many options as the in person menu, I’m not sure if it’s a seasonal thing. More than enough food for anyone, I probably could’ve shared my platter. All of the walls are covered in unique art and for a Wednesday night, the restaurant was packed. Definitely coming back.

this is the best place ever. i’m a huge New Orleans fan and this place did not disappoint, they have those good reviews for a reason. i got the giant boil with crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, potatoes & corn. it was so good that i had to order a second for later. i forgot my servers name , so i do apologize for that but she was amazing as well. the atmosphere was perfect and so adorable everywhere you turned there was something new to see. i saw beads hanging on hooks and i’m upset i didn’t get one but other than that a perfect 10/10 . i went with 6 people and each of us got something different and they were all good everyone brought leftover home because the portions were big as well. definitely recommend trying this place out if you are ever in the area or close enough. we did a 30 minute drive and DID NOT DISAPPOINT

Server had an attitude as soon as we walked in. She was unhappy to serve a big group even though the restaurant was almost empty aside from us and I called ahead. Should’ve taken our business elsewhere because my food was super salty anyways, got the Mardi Gras pasta. The flavor was good but salt made it hard to eat. My sister said her tacos were alright. Friends liked the jambalaya and seafood basket.

Passing through town and decided to grab a late lunch. Very happy my wife picked this restaurant . Food and service were excellent. We had the dirty fries for an appetizer followed by a shrimp po-boy sandwich and their gumbo. It all looked so good I forgot to take pics. … but it was all fantastic. I recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

I got the taste of Nola. The seafood jambalaya was the best dish in the house, so flavorful with a nice spice kick to it. 5 stars!! The red beans and rice I give a 3.5 star i had to add a little salt and seasoning that are already placed conveniently on the table. I had to do the same gumbo but overall great food with excellent service. I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area!

First time eating here. I have to say that the food was great! Had the little sausage bites..they had a little sweet with each bite. Husband got the shrimp and grits, he said the grits were great! I had the Vader burger, I give that burger a 10/10 ! Over all, definitely will be back!
