Not really a fan of this place. The rice was super dry and chicken was basically all bones. There are 144 Pollo Tropical stores in the United States as of November 22. I pulled that off of google by the way.

I come here a lot and honestly the staff is very kind and polite and caring when it comes to serving customers. Even though they have a very angry looking approach at times they’re not like that at all. I wish sauces and drinks were easily accessible instead of stopping the staff to get us refills and sauce besides that it’s an awesome pollo!

It’s a shame. I love Pollo Tropicale but Pollo Tropical doesn’t love its customers. It seems in the last couple years bad service has become the standard smaller portions poor quality. Ate at this restaurant yesterday. $77 for burnt dried out ribs all the chicken was over cooked. The order was wrong we brought it back they gave it back to us wrong again. The staff has no intention of making anything right and simply doesn’t care what they put out. The store is dirty, even the outside of the store is dirty. I’m Wondering how long my favorite chicken place is going to remain in business. For those of you that know me, me turning away from Pollo is big.

We ordered food to-go online and drove almost 20 minutes one way to get there. We get home and realize that we were missing all 8 of our sauces, a side of salsa and one of the bowls was missing tomatoes. The yuca fries were harder than rocks and had to be thrown away. We’ve had a couple of bad experiences in the past and thought we would give them another try but we were thoroughly disappointed and unfortunately will be done eating here for good.

This place sucks. Food wasn’t that’s bad but not enough. I bought extra avocado for 3 dollars and they give me just one slice of it. Plus was so little that I don’t even feel like I eat. The lady on the register was horrible she don’t even talk to you and yes she can talk. She was talking with her coworkers. But if u ask her something she just look at u like you supposed to know the answer already. Fisrt time here and u will never come back

I’ve ordered from here twice on Uber Eats and both times the food was delicious and the portions were huge. The churasco steak is great and the tropichop bowls are delicious. I ordered the fire grilled chicken tonight with rice and beans and one side for $10. I love a great value, and their sauces are so delicious. Overall, this place has exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to you if you haven’t tried it.
