I ordered a beef and bean burrito and just beef and beans after asking if it can be customized. They charged me for adding beans, not understanding what I was talking about or asked any questions, and didn’t even put in the beans. I had to pick out so much junk in my beef burrito which was so dry without the beans.

From 5 to 1 star. I don’t appreciate prices always changing for the exact same order. I don’t appreciate employees not listening to the order I tell them, and giving me the wrong stuff, and me finding out once I get home. I really don’t appreciate walking in, four employees looking at me, then just ignore me like I’m not there to order. This last one is what finally broke me – and I’ll never be eating there again. Good food, no service. Hire better people, including the manager just sitting on a chair in the work area.

HORRIBLE! I ordered carne asada quesadillas and they barely had any meat in them salsa taste like water and the guacamole was awful! $31.00 for two quesadillas? The meat wasn’t great either. Don’t waste your money.

Bacon breakfast burrito is $14… Comes packed like a $7 burrito. Nearly any place open in the day is more bang for your buck. Recommend quesadilla way or Arturo’s instead.

We ordered from here over DoorDash and they didn’t give us any salsa on the side or napkins or forks. We ordered the asada fries and asked for the guacamole to be on the side and that wasn’t done either. I called 7 times and they won’t answer the phone. I eat here all the time so this was very disappointing

Came in after around 3:30 after lunch and when things were beginning to slow down. First impression is the menu. Lots to choose from. Taqitos, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and tostada’s. Food came out within 15 minutes hot. I tried the enchiladas; beef and pork. Inside seating area needed attention. Nothing horrendous but filled with crumbs. You could tell they had a busy day. Beans were a bit too salty for my taste. Rice cooked perfectly. Tender chicken chunks. Shredded beef melted in the tortilla. Jamaica drink is too sugary for me. Go for the horchata instead. Don’t forget to grab a small boat of tortilla chips. They offer it at the front but never tell you about it. Or at least I was not told about it.

Damn near fraud when your menus show one price but then you charge way more. Ordered a combo, the girl told me a higher price I told her it started something completely different, she said “idk”, well lo and behold that’s not even what she charged me! Thats called fraud! Oh not to mention they don’t have a manager according to her. So apparently the store runs its self!

Small size burritos it’s just crazy for the price that one drive thru lady tends to take more care of the customers and the customers food wish she would always take my order love Filiberto but this is just crazy! + spent like 15-20 min in drive just to receive this this is sad

Had the best cerne asada the burrito here today It came out steaming hot with red and green salsa and was absolutely wonderful. It was so huge that I didn’t eat dinner that evening!
