Cute spot conveniently located downtown, short wait to be seated and service was amazing, as were the mimosas Food was a bit bland but I throughly enjoyed the Man Candy bacon (not pictured). There was also an error with my order and they accidentally gave me Vegan french toast. The menu didnt indicate that they were vegan, but i actually enjoyed them better than the stawberries and cream french toast i originally ordered. Will visit again.

Was walking around my hotel trying to find a spot to eat. Found this super cute place, nice and bright and airy inside with a great vibe. The menu wasn’t huge and overwhelming which I liked! Some vegan and dairy free options on the menu as well. I chose the lemon strawberry French toast with a side of eggs and bacon, and it was so delicious. I was expecting the bread to kind of be hard since it looks like brioche type bread, but it was so good and crunchy in the right ways. Staff was super friendly and there wasn’t a huge wait time to get my food. This place is a must try!

The space is so great; a nice green, surfy vibe in dtsd. Cali breakfast burrito was good, potatoes underseasoned. They have this weird ketchup style sauce that makes you wish they just had regular ketchup. Was not a fan of the party music at 8am but maybe I’m just getting old. Server kept forgetting about us but he did grab us to go coffees for the walk back to the hotel. It was just alright but isn’t that everywhere in gaslamp these days? Meh. Head to little Italy.

Delicious french toast. Sat at the bar, maybe too close to the kitchen or something because there was a distinct restaurant kitchen smell. Even with that, the atmosphere was friendly with a very california feel. Bartender mistook me for a regular and made questionable comments, that might’ve been acceptable if we had a repoire, but not so much as the first thing out of his mouth. He made up for it with the delicious coffee and checking on me frequently enough. Would definitely go back and maybe be more adventurous in my food choices next time.

AMAZING affordable traditional eggs Benedict, honestly the best I’ve had. The bar tender David and coffee maker Sarah were incredible sweet and amazing to talk to tended to all our needs and were super funny. This was definitely a great place!

I used to go to the PB location weekly back in the day. Happy to see they have this location now in downtown. Location is beautiful – super open and airy. The service here was some of the best I’ve had in a long time, I can’t remember her name but the waitress with the glasses was the best!

Cool vibe and amazing food. A touch slow on getting our check to pay. Would definitely recommend.

Seemed like a cool spot and owned by the same restaurant team as Breakfast Republic where we’d had great food and great service the day before. Sat outside. Drinks were good -honey lavender latte and rose latte. Asked that my son’s be made at a lower temp and mine be hot. Both were at the lower temp when they arrived so mine was cool quickly. My pork belly and grits was good, but I needed a sharper knife to keep from tearing it with my hands or teeth. His sandwich, pictured here, did not have the avocado he requested and did have a hair inside. When brought to their attention, the plate was replaced, and the avocado brought late on the side even after I said not to bother. No real apology and it was left at full charge on the bill…which I had to go find someone to pay when it was left with me for entirely too long for how few customers were there that early.

It was about an hour wait to get a table for three. Once we get seated, it took a while for us to get our food. Maybe about half an hour or so. The California burrito was alright. The guacamole wasn’t the best. The meat was a little tough and over cooked. My fries were limp and didn’t taste fresh. I had some of my friends French toast and it was pretty good! Overall, food was alright. We ate but it wouldn’t hurt to explore other options.

Great atmosphere, great customer service, clean restrooms and the food was delicious. My only issue was that the dishes weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Overall, I highly recommend. ‍♀️
