Since opening in 2019, we have been frequented by locals and visitors alike. We’re known for our fresh, cooked-to-order Seafood, Red Snapper Fish, Curry Chicken, Poultry, Pasta, and Hibachi Rice. Our house-made seafood and Caribbean dishes are the all-time customer favorite. While our food is what earns our restaurant its recognition, it’s also our belief to provide pure southern hospitality. OMG… I went to this spot because it was recommended by Rick Ross… I didn’t think the food would be this good but when I tell you the food was amazing it was amazing. Yes I order 2 different meals just incase 1 didn’t come out good I had a fall back meal. Both was good I even got a cake, so I’ll have lunch for tomorrow. The staff was also friendly I hope they don’t change the staff they put they foot in this food. I have allergies so don’t mind the substitution for the plantains with the broccoli.

I stopped by for take out on Friday, 9-24. There were some younger girls at the register/counter. They were engaged in a conversation & then helping a young guy with an order before they realized I hadn’t been helped. I’d went & sat down by the time I was acknowledged.
I ordered the conch & shrimp combo. The person who took my order said I could also get a generic soda. The food was hot & smelling good when I left. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I got back to enjoy the meal. There was way too much breading on the conch & shrimp. I meant to take a 2nd pic of the plate after I finished. I ended up taking most of the breading off of the food. By the time I finished, the plate looked almost as full as when I’d started. The shrimp had some seasoning but the conch didn’t have much/any.
I guess the Bahamas & Jus’Taste Food Truck in Charlotte has been spoiling me with the great conch. I make it my business to try to support Black businesses when I travel. Unfortunately, I probably won’t return the next time I’m there.

What an amazing experience coming to this restaurant. I love the way they treat me. The food from Wayne’s was the best cracked couch I have ever had. I absolutely loved it and I will return. Please come and get a try the best seafood in South Florida. Speaking with Wayne I realized how much he is a very talented chef.

DON’T GO HERE! I order 1/4 conch & fries. Which I brought back because the conch was no good. He made me a new batch which he a sured was from a new box. However, it still wasn’t good. It smelled bad and tastes spoiled. I asked for my money back which is when he gave me a hard time to refunded my money to the point where I left both the food and my money. He lost my business for $14.00. Mind you, I was the same person to let him know he left his wallet on the table outside full of money on a different day I came. This is 1 of the rest I try to be careful supporting black owned business.

Fat Wayne’s 1 star they didn’t even deserve that star to begin with upon approaching the restaurant the plaza it was in was very run down and dirty looked unsanitary. I should have saw the signs not to go there but still decided to give them a chance. I walked in.The place was a dump/trash the girl at the counter said nothing not welcoming at all not a hello no smiling she walked to the back as I read the menu never came back out to greet me so I left would I recommend no

First off,this was the worst seafood I ever had! Barely seasoned crab,shrimp! In oxtails taste like they been sitting there forever in too salty, like fr! Only thing was good was the pineapple soda I got smh..nothing bout this food is different or unique!

It was terrible. Everything was over cooked. Seafood does not need to cook that long and it was over priced. They say they have blue crabs but those were not blue crabs and all that butter is not necessary running all out of the container and they didn’t have sausage as advertised. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back. Never going there again.
