Seriously, just go. If you’re reading this, make up your mind and go. It’s SOOOOOO worth it. When I am 90 minutes from home and in the ‘Burg, it is a mandatory stop. Usually with friends. I would totally go alone though. It’s that good, and the staff and owner are that friendly. Their Happy Hour and daily specials rival anyone else in the area and their appetizers and food is top notch. Excellent flavors and tons of options. Pinball and darts too. A good time. My friends kids love the place too.

Friday night at Fat Boys was a mixed bag. We sat for a long time before anyone noticed us. After about 10 minutes another party came in and sat next to us so when someone brought them menus we flagged down the server and asked for ours. It was not busy and they seemed fully staffed but it appeared they only noticed regular customers. The waitress was very friendly once we finally got service. The food was fine and the prices were reasonable. The menu offers very little smokehouse fare but there is a good selection ranging from burgers and pork tacos to daily specials like meatloaf (specials were sold out but servers didn’t know that). The restaraunt seemed to very family friendly so if you have plenty of time and want decent food with friendly servers but don’t need much service give Fat Boys a try. I’d say most people will either love the down home experience or never return. The BBQ sandwich was fine, the tacos were full of jalapeño but the mac & cheese was starchy and uneven.

Best place in town to get your grub on. Love the atmosphere and it seems the employees are happy with their job. First time eating a Po’ Boy and I swear they caught the shrimp in the back. Food is great and the portions are very generous.

Tried this via Door Dash. Was impressed with the speediness of the food and timely delivery. Food was not bad. We absolutely loved the pasta salad! Fairly priced and decent portions.

Got the rib special today. Odd taste to the ribs like a vinegar mop was used. Sauce was not flavored well either. Bark on ribs was hard, like they were old and reheated a couple times. Service was okay. Other people in the party also had sub-par food.

Not a smokehouse. A burger joint/bar. 1 offering on baby rack ribs on the menu…..chicken wings dry with habanero sauce on the side ok. Side salad .. basic. Not a fan.

Love the look on the inside. Stopped in for a quick beer and a some food on my way home. I was excited for some BBQ but was extremely let down. The brisket was extremely dry. The sausage I couldn’t even make myself eat honestly. Super dry and just a strange taste. The hot bbq sauce had a good kick to it and decent taste and their buffalo wings were mediocre at best. Can’t speak for other things on the menu because this was my first time here. I do not intend on returning.

Stopped today after picking my daughter up at the college and glad we did. Very friendly service and great food. The pit cooked pork was really good. The burgers have a house rub that has quite a bit of heat to it. Next time we’ll ask if it could be toned down a bit but we’ll definitely be back!
