Fantastic pizza severed by friendly staff! I went here with a friend for dinner and both of our pizzas were delicious and cooked perfectly. I ordered my pizza with a cauliflower crust which was perfectly formed, crispy while still remaining chewy. I highly recommend this if you’re in the area.

For an oven that good they could make better pizza. The pizza is fine but the cheese is nothing exciting and considering how hot that oven can get the pizza is just standard NY style with a lame crust. They could get a lot move inventive and either go full neopoltian or they could go with a better NY style with a better crust. Either way there is a lot of room for improvement.

I called these guys because I had people coming over from New Haven County to help me move and we all know that New Haven County has the best pizza in Connecticut. This being brick oven pizza I thought it would be a great option. I ordered three pizzas on a Saturday early afternoon (3/18) It took about an hour. I live 2 miles away. The pizza was cold, and in our opinion under cooked. One pizza was ordered with half mushroom any other half meatball. They put everything on one side and left the other side plain. And the meatball was nothing more than cold, minced hamburger meat. $75 down the drain. I won’t be back.

8.11.23 We called and ordered takeout. The food was ready exactly at time given. Staff was very friendly. pizza and chicken tenders and fries were delicious, hot, and perfectly cooked.

Scheduled the pizza 15 minutes later than normal (they give you a 45 minute wait, by default but I said I would pick it up in an hour) and the sandwiches were already soggy and the pizza was cool. They didn’t wait to make the food, it had probably been sitting there for 30 minutes. Ignoring the sogginess, the paninis weren’t actual paninis, they weren’t pressed together at all. They put grill marks on the bread, that was it. The pizza was forgettable. In fact, this style of pizza and panini is done properly down the road at Naples so if you want this kind of pie then I recommend going to Naples instead, especially at these prices.

The best pizza place in Farmington! Authentic brick oven pizza with a soft and chewy crust. Everything we have ordered has been so delicious and high quality. The chicken ranch pizza is our favorite. I ordered a calzone and Cesar salad. The salad was okay. The calzone is not good at all! The crust looks fine, but the cheese isn’t even melted! The flavor is not very good either. I’d be willing to overlook the fact that the cheese isn’t melted if it had good flavor, but it doesn’t. If I could attach a picture I would.
