First time eating here and was very pleased. Great selection and the pepperoni Stromboli was devine. Hot and delicious paired with a cesar salad. The restaurant was clean and organized with friendly staff. Would come back if waiting in this terminal.

Always has good experiences here with this store at San Antonio airport. I ordered their Stromboli 2 days ago, order was ready very fast, Stromboli was super crisp outside and warm and nice inside. The cashier was very kind to fill hot water for my hot tea. I have to give them a 5 star.

Not sure why the mid score. I enjoyed everything I got. Made my layover worth it. Bacon egg cheese Stromboli was good and fresh. YEP It’s true not much meat in it but was still delicious to me. The skillet potatoes were good and the garlic knots prefect. I recommended to another passenger that seemed to be contemplating on what to get after i had started eating mine. He ordered it not sure if he liked it though but you can’t please every single customer. Our tastebuds are all different

No smiles, no hellos, no greetings except what would you like. 6 pizzas were already cooked. Looked like the pizza was there awhile. All they did was reheat it. It took about 2 or 3 minutes but got cold that quickly too. Ordered spinach and mushrooms wasn’t as tasty as I thought it would be. Garlic knots looked good so I ordered those too. They were a little hard to chew on. I love bread but these were not appetizing at all. I should have stayed with the Tex mex restaurant next door.

It’s bad enough that your food is extremely greasy, but your employees act like TSA agent with their rude attitudes. They’re trying to herd you like you are cattle with no sign that they recognize you as a human. I say thank you after getting my food, and they just ignore you like you’re a piece of dirt. It’s really a terrible experience and it has been every time I’ve been here. The only reason people eat here is because it’s the only place open in the early morning.

Approx 6:10pm, Friday, May 12th, San Antonio International Airport, departures near Gate A8?A10?. I ordered a Spinach Stromboli. It was delicious, my first meal of the day and yes… I ate it all…I was hungry. (My flight delayed over an hr now.) Seating was convenient, right in front. As I was eating I couldn’t help hearing the same voice repeatedly, literally over and over and over. It wasn’t annoying at all because he welcomes the customers, asking what would they like to eat, and kindly making suggestions when “we” are undecided. Yes he’s the same one that puts it the oven too. His name is ELDON! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is the kind of employee every place needs. Nowadays, it’s seldom we see this kind of customer service. There were also 2 courteous employees as well, Jaden & Criss. But ELDON most definitely stood out⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Decent pizza run by inept low skill labor. 7 people behind the counter running around socializing and forgetting orders. Don’t go if you’re short on time!

Terrible service. They serve me a Cold & Old stromboli. I asked them to re-heat it and they didn’t like it, put it back in the oven for one minute and gave it back to me; cold again.

Stromboli w sausage. Well there was a couple pieces in there but it was mostly bread. Had good flavor but really could stand to add sausage to it. I know its airport food but at least make it with sausage if that’s what you are calling it.

Very expensive for what you get, $7 for a slice of pepperoni, more than a large slice in downtown New York.
