I like the food but, the manager working the drive thru on 7-14-23 was dishonest. My order that day was $30.39. I gave him 2 $20 bills. My change was supposed to be $9.61. He only gave $4.61 back. He gave it back to me folded and I didn’t unfold it to check it out. I know it’s just $5, but being dishonest is not good business. What if he does that to 10 or 20 people? He looked like he’s homeless and might need the money. I’d have given him all the change if he would’ve asked.

Once I was acknowledged, I tried to order a side salad. The women with a very thick accent said- WAIT, I’m not taking your order I am busy! Oh, OK and I waited. She comes back and says what do you want. A side salad, she says we are out. Oh, then do you have any salads? She says club. That’s what I purchased, and I left. I’m a Paramedic, and I was at work; by the time I opened the salad, maybe 20 min I was shocked at what I paid $8 + for. Slime on the cucumbers, like they were transparent. The greens were brown; the bacon was rancid. I had to throw it out.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. I only go here because it’s the closest to my home. Every time I go there they get my order wrong always having to come back so they can get it right and that happens in every shift. The employees have the worst customer service even whoever is in charge of that out of control restaurant. Also the lobby is always locked making us go through their long line at the drive thru. Please do your self a favor and drive the extra mile and go to another Jacks because this one on southern and Dobson is awful!!! AWFUL!!!!!! Not even worth 1 star

This morning I went to Jack in The box get to get some breakfast. Jenice did a phenomenal job and whoever was with her also did a great job. Jenice had good customer service and was very kind. I know it is just a fast food restaurant but when I get good service and my food is good I have to comment about it.

Nasty food,cold food and didn’t get our food right even after we repeated it to them through drive thru it’s ridiculous. My sister said this has happened many times to her and it really upset us because I have health issues and so does she but we just are it. I have no idea who to talk to it about this situation. We we’re beyond very unhappy definitely didn’t get our money’s worth.
