I’m fairly new to the area and was looking for a decent Chinese restaurant that delivered. Family Wok is pretty close to where I live, and when I saw how many good reviews they have, I decided to order from them and indulge a craving I’ve been having for a good Chinese meal.

We use to eat here regularly, above a year ago the quality of food declined so we found somewhere else to get Chinese from. Our regular place is closed on Mondays, so we decided to give them another chance. Wish I hadn’t, the food was mushy the rice was over cooked. Everything tasted like it had been sitting around for days or recooked from frozen. Not one person in my family ate their food, even there eggrolls we’re old. I would have returned it to the store but the roads are icy so I guess we are just out $30 and I still had to cook.

I’ve been going here for years and have loved it. In our declining economy I noticed that they were putting less in the boneless spareribs container. When I questioned about it, she was very polite. Then about 3hrs later major stomach cramps and yup u guessed it diarrhea!! Coincidence, I think not! I was deliberately sabotaged. And now they have lost a pretty regular customer.
