Went there for dinner- well priced and decent. Had combo platters for pork lo mein, Gen Tso chicken and Seasme chicken. All came with egg rolls. Speedily made and tasted great. The negatives: egg rolls were really crispy and the Gen Tso wasn’t spicy. Would still go back as price to qty of food was very good.

The food was amazing. Fresh with lots of flavor. They aren’t shy with portions either, they fill it right up. They were the best leftovers!

I can overlook their ever increasing prices and inconsistent quality, but the last time I ordered from Family Wok I pulled four long black hairs out of my sesame chicken. I was absolutely disgusted. After years of ordering from here I won’t be back.

My boyfriend and I order from here very often. We think the food is absolutely amazing. I’m always craving their food. Only thing id say is that, in my opinion, they go a little to heavy on the sauce. But, we just take a little off, and it’s delicious. No big deal. The people who work there are very friendly and very hardworking! It’s hard to find good customer service anymore, so when we find it, we appreciate it. We love this place. Can’t recommend it enough.

Used to be good but something has changed, the last two times we’ve ordered the food has been terrible.

I’m fairly new to the area and was looking for a decent Chinese restaurant that delivered. Family Wok is pretty close to where I live, and when I saw how many good reviews they have, I decided to order from them and indulge a craving I’ve been having for a good Chinese meal.
This place did not disappoint! Being from Queens, I’m used to NYC quality Chinese food, and these folks could easily set up a place in NYC and do a brisk business.
Portions are generous, food was freshly prepared (even at the end of the night) and arrived fast and it was hot when it got here. Flavours for everything were delicious.
I’m super happy that there’s a really good Chinese place close enough to walk to on nice evenings. Very satisfied. Will definitely be ordering again!

PuPu Platter used to be incredible, but lately, not so great, with greasy Shrimp Toast, tough beef kebabs and unusual sauces. Their General Tso’s chicken is almost always EXCELLENT. The eggrolls are the best we have found in this area, though lately they have been greasy and undercooked, like the fryer isn’t hot enough. Not a fan of their Egg Foo Young or Fried Rice..they are both very disappointing, bland, and poorly prepared. Their saving grace? The delicious, golden, Eggdrop/Wonton Mixed soup! An almost weekly treat for us. This soup brings us back time after time.

We use to eat here regularly, above a year ago the quality of food declined so we found somewhere else to get Chinese from. Our regular place is closed on Mondays, so we decided to give them another chance. Wish I hadn’t, the food was mushy the rice was over cooked. Everything tasted like it had been sitting around for days or recooked from frozen. Not one person in my family ate their food, even there eggrolls we’re old. I would have returned it to the store but the roads are icy so I guess we are just out $30 and I still had to cook.

Prices are great, food is outa this world. I enjoy their egg rolls and egg drop soup, the roast pork rice is a meal all it’s own. I highly recommend this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.
