What a lovely little eatery. The food was so fresh and delicious. I had the strawberry walnut salad. It had delicious strawberries, apples, cucumber, chicken peas, dried cranberries, croutons and a delicious berry dressing. We also got a dreamsicle smoothie and a strawberry shortcake smoothie. Both great. We will be returning

Beware of wasps…first this was an interesting experience from the beginning..I guess the place was closing down after lunch. It looks like its family owned as there were kids of all ages around. The staff sold us our food, we waitied and while we waited they started cleaning the inside with brooms, dust all over.. so we took our food outside and sat at a table, soon yellow jackest/wasps that were all around the tables, in the planters were attracted to us and the food. One of them bit my wife on her finger, her finger got swollen up and it pained her almost 2 days..not sure why the owners would not take better care of the outside seating wasp situation. This was our pit stop on our drive from Vermont to Niagara Falls..we will not be stopping again.

Owner (brunette girl) was super rude taking my order today along with my girlfriend. Food is basic for the price point. I saw Walmart frozen fruit being used. For 10-15 for every item it is a waste of money. Don’t go here! Super crowded and not enough seats inside

Amazing staff amazing owners and amazing menu! One time I ordered a smoothie I had gotten before and this time I could tell the taste was off, seemed like the bananas were not ripe enough and without hesitation they made me a new smoothie! My family and I love coming here and love all the options:) everything is delicious! Gina and Theresa are the best!

A welcome stop right off the Erie Canal Trail with vegan grain bowl for me and a turkey dijon wrap for my love. A smoothie for each of us rounded out our nourishing meal. Even when we arrived just shy of closing on a busy day, the staff was patient and kind. Great stop.

Never been there before was walking distance from where we are staying. Got breakfast sandwiches (3) 1 1/2 for each and 2 cups coffee to go . Sandwiches are fresh and so was the coffee. Friendly staff clean inside, places to eat inside if you wish . I recommend this little eatery.
