It usually never goes wrong with Panda Express for me. Orange chicken and Teriyaki chicken is my all time favorite. I am surprised that this location is letting only drive through. Single plate with 1 entree is good enough if you are hungry. I would suggest to get single plate with 2 entrees if you are starving. Their veggie rols are alright but I am not a fan of them though. This will definitely will be on my “Quickie” list.

They made us drive around and wait in line again and would not adjust our order at the window. She blatantly said she did not care if we had to drive around and wait in line. Order taker rushed me thru my entire order. I get to the window and said something and some old fat Asian women said we have a timer. Ok that’s cool I get it because I’m a Assistant general manager so I get it but there is a way to manage the timer while being customer service friendly. They failed horribly. It’s food. Columbus is home to several excellent Chinese restaurants. Panda Express is not one of them. If you are hungry, this place will do in a pinch, but you’re better off eating somewhere else. The Hamilton Road location is kid-friendly, with high chairs. It is also ADA compliant.

The beef broccoli had maybe 4 pieces of beef and a ton of broccoli. I was very disappointed. Thank goodness I also ordered the orange chicken. I do not recommend the beef and broccoli.

More annoying than anything. The chow mein was tasteless, and god forbid there are any salt packets or shakers around. They were only accepting cash to the exact coin, and wouldn’t give us utensils until we paid. The lemonade and tea weren’t working and a few of the servers wore masks so you can’t hear anything they’re saying. At least there wasn’t a line

Typical Panda Express location, with delicious food!! The best deal we’ve found is the $29 family meal, which we purchased on this trip. The only reason I didn’t rate this location five stars is that I ordered (and received) one regular “plate” in addition to our family meal, but I was charged for a “bigger plate.” Didn’t notice until I got home with this take-out order. It was probably an innocent mistake, but I hate that places always “upsell” you, sometimes without you even asking!

I’m sorry but to charge a customer a dollar for a cup of water is a bit excessive. The staff mentioned that there was new management but perhaps that management needs to turn over once again.
