Surprisingly great food! I just ended up at Ethyl & Tank for an event, but was pleasantly surprised by how tasty all the food was! We tried the fried chicken, the quesadillas (chicken and veggie), and the waffle fries and I would go back for any of them.

Went for brunch after I had heard decent reviews about Ethyl. I thoroughly enjoyed my crispy fried chicken buttermilk biscuits, with honey sauce and Swiss chard. I’m a big eater so I could appreciate more chicken, but the piece was still hearty portioned.

There’s was an event going that wasn’t aware of / didn’t see on their website so their menu was shorten. We Asked the worker if we can have our table clean because it was dirty and sticky she said sure and begins to spray the cleaner while we were sitting at the table. Spraying it directly on me multiple times without even apologizing. Not only do I have to now go to another restaurant because they didn’t have any food choices I’m now at this other restaurant washing out the cleaner the waitress sprayed all over my shirt and arm.

A great brunch spot, food portions and quality are very good, and drinks are well priced. Alongside good music and a nice ambiance, Ethyl is a great spot to get food with friends. I had the chicken and waffles and they were delicious. And the $5 nacho deal is worth every penny. Enjoyable spot, would recommend to anybody!
