We really enjoyed our dinner at Escalante’s. We went on a weekday and there was no wait. We were seated right away. The service was great! We spilt the beef fajitas— and they were delicious! We also tried the cheese dip, and it was yummy too!

Excellent food, well priced with a great atmosphere. The most important thing I noticed is the waitress and how she was very patient specially with my friends and wife whom keep changing their mind and asking many questions. She had always a smile on her face. This waitress is Jenny!

My wife made a reservation a week before for Easter. They took it said all was set. I called back on Thursday to add 3 people to our table. I was told that would be okay. We arrived at Escalante’s in Sugarland on Sunday morning for our reservation and they are closed.

So I have been to this location several times and each time it has always been pleasant. What I like most about this place is that everyone checks on you and makes sure your experience is going well and they don’t just make sure that it is the waitress (waiters) job to make sure the experience is ok. The food is always hot and service is fast and easy. I believe this place is worth every penny.

Service was a little slow, but the food was worth the wait and the bartender did a splendid job mixing the drinks. Everything was great until I witnessed a waiter touch the mouth of a few open straws when placing them in a glass to be served. May not be an issue for some.
