I’d give zero stars for the server Trece. Ignores customers when she isn’t being rude. Refused to serve me after a visible tantrum that I sat at a booth alone while I waited on my second party to arrive. A server with a section on the other side of the building came and waited on me. Been frequenting this location as my everyday coffee stop before work for 7 years. Upper management needs to be involved. Will be filing a complaint with corporate, as this isn’t the first time she’s treated me (or other guests) this way.

Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been too in South Carolina. Food looked and tasted wonderful! Wait staff was friendly and I loved overhearing the staff talk about which one’s creations were better.

Great food at a great price. And believe it or not their Steak in the steak breakfast is top notch. Though I’d definitely not have it cooked more than medium because it’s so thin. Absolutely delicious without a drop of A1. No need .

I’m only giving this particular location a 1 star review because this restaurant has not had a working phone since the pandemic. We are well beyond the pandemic and should be able to reach someone here for call-in/to-go orders. I have eaten here years ago BUT it was still an issue to get anyone to answer the phone or take an order to go. I’ve been told by the workers in the past that they would not take a to go order. Poor management, obviously. Also, don’t be surprised if you arrive to a hand written sign in the door stating they are closed during normal business hours with no explanation.

Honestly an awful location and had 3 roaches crawl with in 10 feet of me. My wife and I will never come here again. Also the FDA rating is not true the cook was touching raw meat the metal doors loads of cross contamination!!!

I tried to call several times and the phone went straight to a full voice mailbox. So I thought maybe it was left off by accident so I drive up to place my order in person. One car out front backed in to a spot and one in back. Doors are locked and no employee can be seen! Note on door says to go orders only which is cool because I want to take my food back home. I waited a while and tried to call a few more times with no luck. Even tried to call 4 other waffle houses to find out if there’s an issue. No one’s answering. Why is this happening? This is supposed to be a 24 hour business.
