Hello! I have literally NEVER posted a review in my life. I don’t complain. I don’t ever feel like service anywhere I have been has warranted a review- good or bad. My experience tonight, however, has brought me to write my first review at 34 years old. The gentleman who rang me up for my one sandwich, one bag of chips, and 2 bowls of chili was absolutely terrible and overall just an angry human. He mumbled the entire time and when I asked what soups they had still available (being that it is later in the day and I understand they run out of certain items) he looked at me as if I just asked him to commit a crime and mumbled to me to look above at the screen and rolled his eyes at me as if I’m stupid. Listen, I get it… working in customer service can suck sometimes. I’ve been there, I’m still there and I get it… people are annoying and can be even more annoying when they ask you the same questions over and over again, BUT that doesn’t mean you can be rude and mean to a customer that is quickly ordering and willing to pay whatever the total amount is AND leave a tip. This gentleman was taller, scruffy facial hair, hat sort of sideways, and literally looked like someone poisoned his cheerios this morning. Again, I have never spent time to write a review but leaving that store made me feel uneasy and mad that I spent money there. The only thing that I feel better about is the VERY nice gal with a super cool nose piercing that handed me over my to-go bag. She smiled and thanked me for coming in and that’s all I ask. I’m not looking for much, but when I’m dropping over $25 bucks for a couple cups of soup and a sandwich, that guy could have talked to me like a normal human. Thank you to the nice gal and I hope someone does something about the tall hat guy that hates his life there. I will not be back to that location as I felt like I did something wrong leaving there without saying anything to him.

Foods Always Spot ON! Especially after warming up after a day of shredding the hills and need some soup to hit me right! Delivery is quick and the girl that has landed all the orders late here over the year is amazing – plus doesn’t scare my dogs! Huge Deal as they get sassy with all delivery people!!!!

I was a bit disappointed because I haven’t had a bad experience with erbs & gerbs before.. started off with mine and another sandwich getting mixed up with certain add ons and removals of our sandwiches, and I asked for extra chipotle bbq and my sandwich was soaked to say the least and it was difficult to eat. I am a bit disappointed. I ordered a Sandwich and a bowl of soup with one loaf of bread. I like to dunk my bread in the soup. Anyway I got my order after I went outside and found it in the rain. No soup in the bag I got 2 loaves of bread instead of 1 and my sandwich. The sandwich was good and the bread was too even though I only ordered 1 but I’m disappointed I didn’t get my soup. I reached out via email support and was told I would be getting a refund this was on 08/30/2022. I have not seen a refund and am assuming I won’t get a refund for just the soup like I had asked since I never got it. I am disappointed and won’t be ordering delivery again. One thing I would recommend is you add a way for the drivers to message your customers when food has been delivered if they are not going to enter the building and just leave it outside. I don’t have the ability to download the app so I feel it should be added to the website if it is a feature in the app. Jimmy John’s, dominoes, Pizza Hut and a few more have this feature. Sad because I do like your food but this was disappointing how I didn’t get any communication with the actual store. The support people were great and helpful.

Just left this place, bought absolutely nothing, reason why is when I am spending my money anyway,I want to be treated with dignity and respect, customer service is everything, once u enter the store and get to the register u should be greeted happily. I didn’t get that so I chose not to spend my money here. Complete 0.

Went in there & ordered a Jacob Bluefinger to go. Brought it back to the office to eat, but the sandwich was made incorrectly. Went back to the E&G to get the correct sandwich. Brought it back to the office. Sandwich was screwed up again. Called in & asked them to deliver the correct sandwich. 45 minutes later they arrived at my office with – wait for it – an incorrect sandwich. They weren’t busy either time that I was in the store. BOTTOM LINE: these people are idiots & they’ll never get a dime of my money again.

Better just call or go there directly, I’ve had so many issues ordering delivery. It’s like every time they’re either late, the order gets mixed up with someone else’s order (they put the tickets on the wrong bag), or they completely lose the order. They’re usually willing to make it right, but it’s a lot of undue hassle!
