Ordered a carry out order and had my daughter pick it up. Apparently the manager was rude to her because we “ordered too many wings”. We ordered a total of 18 wings because we all have different tastes. I didn’t realize this was an issue.

I was supposed to take a picture before I ate it… But it was perfect fresh out of the oven. … My review: I messed my order up, my online receipt said I messed my order up… I was going to take the “not my favorite pizza” but the guy who was working offered to fix it. Was not expecting that especially since it was my fault and I didn’t make a big deal about it. He said he wanted me happy. I always get good service and pizza from this location and always end happy. I don’t know his name I’m assuming he’s the manager as I always see him working late. The last time he helped me was a year ago, when we talked about their wings being fried, and we agreed that baked soggy wings are the worst. I was impressed he took the time out to talk to me and explain their products when he was busy. A year later he’s still great and helped me tonight. I felt compelled to leave a review and tip better next time. I took this opportunity to point out to my wife that this was why I tip even if I’m just picking up pizza.

Made an order online for delivery. Once I received it, realized it wasn’t what I order and called the location in Alabaster AL. Talked to a representative and they basically said I made an error and didn’t want to rectify it no apology. So lesson learned, never order from here online nor recommend this location to anyone

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was served absolutely RAW chicken. Not even attempted to be cooked. Disgusting. And the only way to find out was by biting into one. Wasn’t even offered a refund, and was treated like it was no big deal. Do not order here and give these lazy workers your service.

I’ve worked at the hospital for five years and have used this Pizza Hut so many times! These guys are always on point! They know my name!!! They greet me with a smile every time I walk in. My order has been messed up ONCE in the many times I’ve ordered (countless times); When I came back and told them about it, they made it right (I wasn’t expecting that at all). Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut and I live in Tuscaloosa!!! I’d give them ten stars if I could. 😀

Called and had a great experience. Spoke with a young guy named Austin who really did his best to help me out, even though I was being a bit indecisive with my order. He was patient, attentive, and just genuinely nice, the kind of customer service you hope for but don’t always get these days.

Take out or delivery type Pizza Hut. Does not have a true dine in area. Pizza is what you are used to from Pizza Hut. I will say it’s better to pick-up/take out instead of getting delivered because the delivered order is not always correct, and when you pick-up/carry out at least you can check to make sure the order is correct. This particular curtesy is too much to ask for the delivery service.
