We were vacationing in Marco for the holiday week from the other coast. We were so happy we found this place on our way to the JW Marriott. Everything was so fresh and it was so clean. This place was super busy and the staff and food was coming out so quick. I can’t believe how huge the sandwiches were and my kids loved the Nutella croissants. Originally being from NY. These are by far the best bagels we have ever had and will make this a new family tradition while we visit Marco island.

We came here for my daughter’s 8th birthday today. Absolutely one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered online, waited 40 minutes only to be told that even though the bagels were available when we ordered, they were no longer available after the 40 minute wait. We picked different bagels. The order came out wrong. I had ordered two with butter and one with cream cheese. Instead I received one with butter and two with cream cheese. The cashier didn’t care and was one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. Just downright terrible attitude and nasty. Trying to enjoy my daughter’s birthday and this was not the way to start the morning.

This place was mediocre at best. The bagels were good but everything else was lacking. The drip coffee was basically just water, the countertops and tables were dirty, and the bathrooms were nasty. We came at 10am and there were barely any bagels. They had about 6 choices total. This place would be okay for to-go but it’s not very pleasant to dine in.

Waited 30 minutes for just 2 bagels with cream cheese. The cashier tossed them across the counter to me after I asked about my order. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse I bite into my cinnamon bagel with honey walnut cream cheese to find left over egg and avocado from someone else’s order! They didn’t even clean the utensils after making a new order! All around terrible experience!

A 45 minute wait, for cold bagels. My order consisted of 3 toasted bagels with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese, after a full 45 minutes we got our 4 items to find out that they were completely cold. As someone who spends a lot of time in Marco this is upsetting and it is unlikely that I will return.
