This is a small shop with limited staff and an awesome product. During key times you have to wait, which is totally understandable. It’s absolutely worth it! I found the staff to be superb and the food delicious. We had several bagel breakfast sandwiches and everything was great.
Don’t miss an opportunity to have a great NY style bagel! We will definitely come again!

Every time I come here the workers are beyond hospitable, sweet and kind. They work extremely hard to make sure their customers are happy. I’ve been here several times and they knock it out of the park. Highly recommend anytime you’re wanting a good bagel/bagel sandwich. Best bang for your bagel

Their bagels are just okay, not much of a step above Publix store bagel. Empire bagels have just a little of the expected bagel chewiness, and unlike good bagels, are soft throughout, more like chewy rolls with holes. At Empire’s price point of $2 per, I would expect a more authentic bagel experience. We’ll just get ours at the grocery store while we’re here on Marco Island.

Better than our last visit! The young lady today 1/22/25 was friendly and the bagels were amazing. Sadly they were out of plain cream cheese, but were happy to charge more for flavored. Not sure how I feel about that.

This was our first time at Empire Bagel and the bagels were the best I’ve ever had! Our server, Crystal, was awesome. She prepared our bagels, toasting them perfectly and with plenty of topping! We will definitely be back!

Bagels were excellent. If not for the missing menu items and making of one bagel breakfast sandwich being incorrect I would rate this closer to a five star. They were out avocados, bacon and hash browns. Employees were very nice but the owner of

Great place with delicious bagels and great service. Coffee is meh, but the great bagels make up for it! Definitely get here early on weekends, since they will sell out!!! Weekdays you might have more luck getting there later in the day, but they will sell out of niche favorite flavors, like blueberry.
I got a egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel, and they don’t skimp out on the egg! Came with 2 freshly fried eggs (most places use premade factory cut cooked eggs) and a nice slice of cheddar cheese. Delicious, but would try a different bagel next time.

Great bagels. Really slow service. We were there during shoulder season, so not their busy season. With only one cashier, the line was long. Bagels are fantastic though. Most orders were take-away when we were there. Atmosphere was basic if you are there.

Our entire order was wrong! Not one bagel was toasted. I paid for extra bacon on one of the sandwiches & there wasn’t any bacon at all. We ordered six sandwiches & only one was correct. $75 down the drain. Do not recommend at all!

The bagels were really good. They also had a few sinful donuts. Couldn’t resist and was it worth it. Service was a little bit slow because there was only one worker. She did her work reasonably quickly. I’m guessing someone didn’t show. It was all good.
