I seldomly make negative reviews, or any reviews for that matter. But when you get done working a 10 hour shift and want to get something quick for the family and you pay for your meal and go home, you expect it to be correct.
Every single time we’ve come to this location, our order is incorrect and it is either overcooked, or has been sitting under the heat warmers for way longer than it should. Every single time. 10 out of 10 times!
Tonight we didn’t check our food before we left, and yet again…it was wrong and we had to make the trip back so my husband could eat his dinner after being awake since 4:30 this morning. Come on guys, you can do better. Where is management??

Really just came for one thing, a strawberry Frosty. Talk about a different experience. Everything was going swimmingly until the person doling out the orders popped off with a smart comment when I mentioned, we’d never gotten Frostys in a bag. They were right though, there’s a first time for everything. This was our first time in Heath, our first strawberry Frostys and the first time we’d gotten Frostys in anything other than a drink cup. Over all three Frosty wasn’t bad. It has a bit of a different flavor, not bad but not totally great. You can definitely tell it was a Frosty though. And that’s what we came for. After waiting over an hour at the wrong place across town I probably would have gave this place 5 stars just for being faster but that last flippant remark killed it.
