Farm to Fork Food Truck based in St Helens, Oregon proudly featuring Meishan pork, a critically endangered heritage species of pig, from our own farm Elemental Acres. Our breakfast menu includes biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, loaded hashbrowns, breakfast burritos, and more, featuring farm fresh eggs, and local veteran roasted coffee. Lunch items can include Cuban Sandwiches, Kalua Style Pulled Pork, Birria Style Street Tacos, our own Pork n’ Slaw Burger with house made Spicy Italian Sausage. This food truck has some amazing food options! We wanted to try a little of everything so our family split each one of the options. The top two favorites were the Cuban Sandwich and the Biscuits & Gravy. They were phenomenal! We will definitely be going back for more! The owner/cook is very kind and fun to chat with. He has an obvious passion for what they do, and it shows through their food’s quality. I highly recommend giving them a try when in Rainier.
