Hidden gem! The excellent dude who runs this was a pleasure to chat with. Genuinely made my day. Scratch-made breakfast burrito exceeded all expectations. It was so good I found myself wolfing it down too fast. I almost went back immediately for another, but they are MASSIVE, so I probably would have exploded. I will make it a point to go here on weekends. Don’t miss out on this place, and the other carts look good too!

I was in St. Helens,OR and looking for a place to eat and kept hearing people talk about this food truck. Curiosity got the best of me, so I stopped by and WOW, I’m glad I did.
The food was unbelievable fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had from a food truck. You can immediately tell that this isn’t your typical “quick grab” food. Everything tasted clean, well prepped and incredibly satisfying.
I ended up chatting with the owner, Mike, and the conversation made everything make sense. He’s meat comes from his own farm that he raises. Many of the ingredients come directly from the farm as well. That level of care really shows-not just in the taste, but in how you feel afterward. No heaviness, no bloating, none of that over processed feeling. Just good food done right.
It was so good that I came back again the very next day. If you are anywhere near Saint Helens, do yourself a favor and check this place out. This is how food should be made. Highly recommend recommended .

Love this place so much! The BEST breakfast sandwiches in town, by far. I also love the owner. He is charismatic, a great cook, and a wonderful pig farmer. I will come here often for my needed pork cravings 🙂 Thank you for serving St. Helens’ hungry mouths!

We had the biscuits and gravy with eggs over easy and a breakfast burrito. Both were excellent. The pork sausage in both was not too salty and the texture was just right.

This food truck has some amazing food options! We wanted to try a little of everything so our family split each one of the options. The top two favorites were the Cuban Sandwich and the Biscuits & Gravy. They were phenomenal! We will definitely be going back for more! The owner/cook is very kind and fun to chat with. He has an obvious passion for what they do, and it shows through their food’s quality. I highly recommend giving them a try when in Rainier.

My son is picky and he looved his biscuits and gravy. I got the loaded, hashbrowns and oh my goodness, highly recommend. It’s nice to have another breakfast spot that we can enjoy, especially when we get some sunshine! We will be back!
