I had a really frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. We waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, and when we finally made it to the window our food still wasn’t ready. We ended up sitting at the window for another 10 minutes just waiting for our order. In total it took about 40 minutes, which is way too long for fast food. I understand places get busy, but the wait time and lack of communication made the whole experience pretty disappointing. Hopefully they can improve the drive-thru efficiency because this was not a great experience.

Hopefully one day this sort of false advertising in US food adverts will become illegal – because what’s advertised vs. reality is shocking. These are the “burritos” (Steak Cheesy Dipping Burritos) that are barely bigger than a dipping cup. Not to mention the mystery meat “beef” tasted like the kind you’d get in canned soup. Absolute garbage.

So I went years not eating Taco Bell because they consistently messed up my order, but in a moment of desperation I risked placing an order a few months back, and was thrilled to find they actually made all the food as it was ordered. Since that order I have ordered 2 more times and both times the order was correct. You have restored my faith in the Phoenixville Taco Bell.

I was contemplating on whether or not I should leave a review.. However this is the third time at this particular Taco Bell that my order has been messed up. And when I pulled up it was almost like they knew they messed it up they did correct the order but it cost me time money energy going back and forth to get the order right and it should have been right the first time. Mistakes happen I get it but three strikes and you’re out somebody needs to get in there that knows what they’re doing and cares about their customers because what I got served earlier before it got corrected was a disgrace I should have posted a picture but I did it I’m hoping by be posting this review somebody will do something and correct this

Taco bell is the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH. I mean it, you HAVENT lived unless you’ve been there. I go at least once a day during my break from work. I love it love it love it. Sometimes I even go after work to hangout with all my best friends (the employees). In particular, my favorite are Janice, Reba, and Jessica. Sometimes the’ll even throw in a free meal for their most loyal customer, and we’ll all go smoke a joint outside. Love you Taco Bell community! Sincerely, #1 fan of THE BELL

This location is supposed to be open until 1 am. So, how come when I pull up at 10:15pm, their doors are locked and drive through was not operating? The employees saw me and my friend trying to open the door, and they just stood there doing nothing. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.
