It took me some time to decide whether to leave this review, but here it is. In the early morning hours (around 6:00 a.m.), the staff is not very welcoming. When I pulled up to the intercom, the first thing I heard was, “How can I help?” I paused and said, “Good morning,” but received no response. When I pulled up to the window, I was also not met with a friendly face, which was disappointing.
Because of this, I now drive an extra seven minutes to the Highway 9 Dunkin’ in Milton, where the staff is consistently more welcoming. I hope customer service can be improved so I don’t have to go out of my way just to get coffee.
On a positive note, the service is fast, but friendliness and customer interaction definitely need improvement.

This Dunkin’ location is by far the best around anywhere! The drive thru is always quick, even when there is a line. I stop by at least 3-4 times a week and the service is always very friendly and the food is consistently good! Cynthia, May and the crew are the best around!

I went yesterday afternoon(Sunday) to get a large HOT coffee with caramel. My ticket number was 6429. My coffee barely felt warm on the outside but when I drove off It was barely lukewarm. It wasn’t like they were busy because I was the only one in there. I didn’t even bother to go back because I was so upset & I had somewhere to be by a certain time. The guy who helped me was really nice. But the young lady who made my coffee, I’m disappointed. She knew that cup was not hot let alone barely warm when she gave it to me. If that’s the case I would’ve ordered an iced coffee but I don’t drink iced coffee.

I was a regular until today. The attitude of some is really awful but also give you the worst products they can possibly have.
Today I spent $20 on a drive thru order and I received a 50% less avocado toast. Why am I paying 5 bucks for this awful service of yours? I don’t know…I’m not coming back ever again.

The food is horrible always cold with spots on the eggs black spots are on the eggs, which means they’re overcooked. Please don’t eat here.

Really disappointed in the quality of this location. Ordered donuts ahead of time and when I got there, I was told they were out and there was no way for me to get a refund????? Staff is not friendly or helpful.
