So disappointed in our experience this morning. The lady taking our order was annoyed that we wanted to pick what 6 donuts we wanted for our 6- pack, she suggested it was just a variety pack of their choosing. Does Dunkin no longer let you choose the donuts you want for your 6-pack? And the donuts we got were Not fresh at all. There is no way they were made that morning. The glaze on my husband’s was all melted away, and they tried to tell my husband the chocolate cake was a chocolate glaze. They honestly were so gross I didn’t even eat mine and my husband is going else where to get us more. Last 2 times we’ve gone has been disappointing. Not sure if and when we plan to give them another try.

This has got to be the best Dunkin I’ve gone too. The food is always fresh, coffee is always delicious, and service is always on point. What I like about this Dunkin is that it’s consistent. You’ll always know you’ll get great food and coffee!

I love Dunkin, but this location is set up horribly. You go inside and you’re forced to order on screen. You ask for someone inside to help because you’d like to order through a real human… they direct you back to the screen and say they can’t help you, but you’re welcome to go through the drive-through. So much for neighborhood coffee shop experience.

Maddox was our cashier at the window. He was polite, professional and courteous. I will definitely continue to get my coffee at the Crabapple DD. Thank you, Maddox

Got trapped in the DD drive thru due to extremely slow service here. Once you get in the drive-thru, you can’t get out. Spent 30 mins in the line on a Sat morning. Must be under-staffed. Staff was friendly, but the wait time is unacceptable and made us very late to where we were going.

Self service kiosks are a complete pain and a terrible experience. After several minutes of being ignored by the staff I was finally able to get someone’s attention to ask about ingredients due to my CHILDS DEADLY FOOD ALLERGY. The woman could have cared less about the food ingredients and made zero effort to find out. Instead she gave me the worlds largest FU “sorry” and walked away. I will never go to this location again.

Great to have fresh donuts at thus location again but only accepting orders via phone or the screens inside the store SUCKS. I have no problem with using tech but their donut inventory is not in the app so you can be ordering and paying for donuts they don’t have. There were 3 people working there when I stopped by. Not sure why one of them can’t take your donut order live and let you pay for it. I will go elsewhere next time.

Total let down for customer experience. I took the kids for a Saturday morning donut run to find that ordering inside is exclusively via self-serve kiosks. Instead of a fun look through the case and picking out what they wanted, we stood in line twice as long while people fumbled with the kiosk technology. When it was finally our turn, we placed a donut order in the most sterile and non-fun way imaginable. @Dunkin – your donuts aren’t really that good. Letting your kids pick them out at the counter is half of the experience you pay for.

I’m a Dunkin fanatic so I had to come down and visit this new location. I’m definitely digging the whole kiosk setup, I get to place my own order which gives the workers more time to focus on fixing my order for me. I love it!!!!!two bad reviews are from the lazy and probably nothing ever satisfies these people. It’s okay to expand and try new things. Workers here will definitely assist you if they see you stumbling or if you simply ask for help. Heard multiple voices welcoming me in before I even stepped all the way in the door, now that’s grade A customer service and it goes a long way
