New favorite restaurant in town!!! Hubby had the Ranchero Steak. I had Pollo Con Crema Chicken dish. We shared a large queso and it was also really good, as was their complementary salsa and chips. We both enjoyed our dishes that came with a tasty side of Mexican rice and beans. Absolutely delicious food and huge portions were very filling!!! Everything was hot, fresh and yummy! Enjoyed the phenomenal service from our waiter. Can’t wait to be back again soon!!!

If you want expensive and low-quality food, buy here. The birria tacos had no flavor, the beef was insanely dry like dog food, and they seem to use the same cheap American cheese that all of the other cheap restaurant owners sell to customers for way more money than restaurants that sell birria for 10 dollars and use real cheese. Que mala y barata manera de manejar un negocio. Primera vez comprando aqui y no- no es comida Mexicana para nada. Es comida de pobre calidad a precios locos. Que les pasa?

Been to both locations and will not be going back to Mint Hill. We sat at the bar and there is a lack of customer service or personality, was told they only have pre-made margaritas available, so can’t customize tequila option, spent a lot of money for two people who shared a meal with mediocre food quality.

Server and atmosphere was nice but when I commented that my chicken tasted like it was freezer burnt and my daughter chicken nuggets were sour I got nothing but attitude from the manager. I’ve worked restaurant work and I know customer service. The manager sent the server over to tell me bc I fed my 18month old twins the rice off the same plate he wouldn’t compensate for the chicken. My daughter ate only the rice and he still charged full price for her plate. My husband politely addressed the manager and he said I should have said something before eating the rice. The rice wasn’t the problem it was the freezer burnt chicken. The server even said the chicken was dry on the top…so not fresh for sure. We don’t go out much and definitely won’t go here again. Health department needs to visit here or I’ll call Chef Ramsey
