Disgusting. Ordered a family meal only to get it home and find long strands of hair actually cooked into the chicken. Called and spoke to the shift manager,, who stated everyone is supposed to wear hair nets. Returned the food and had them remake it, and was told they “just ran out of hair nets, but there’s a guy in the back with a hat on”.

Food wasnt good. I got the blackened chicken tenders. It was like eating rubber. Two tiny little biscuits. Mac n cheese was good as well the iced tea. Restaurant clean.

This place has struggled but it’s definitely making its way back to the top. The staff have a new age attitude about them I like and the manager on duty (Chase or chad?) helped me quite a bit when I wasn’t sure what to order. The only complaint is how long it took to get my food but I did decide to stay. All in all great management and a good crew

Unless they are out of chicken, this place is my favorite. Unfortunately, there always seems to be some sort of issue with the restaurant. They randomly close without posting it. They seem to have trouble retaining staff. Good value for the food you get, just need to tighten it up.

Tried to pick up an order for Uber Eats. Was ignored in the drive thru a good 10 minutes and then told to cancel the order, because they didn’t have any of the stuff. Sat in the parking lot to contact our support and watched them turn away 5 other cars. They were still open for two more hours.

It seems like every time we go here they’re always closed before or a little after noon. What is going on? No communication to the public. My husband made an online order and a withdrawal was made from our bank account. He gets to the restaurant and they’re closed. So be fair warned if you don’t cancel the order on the app they will just take your money. Hate this is happening. Hope it gets better soon.

Several times chicken was under cooked. Also, at 11:45, I was told they weren’t open yet for lunch. I asked when they opened and they said in an hour or so. Their published opening time is 10AM. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.

Sign on the door says, “due to short staff, we’re drive thru only. Thanks, management.” Went to the drive thru, somebody says, “welcome to Popeyes, we’re closed”. I get off my job between 9pm-10pm. This is the ONLY time I’m able to come here. This is the second time in a row I’ve come here and they’re closed early.

We went to the drive thru last week a little after 5:00. Ordered the 16 piece family meal. We had to pull up and wait for what we ordered which was fine. If we would’ve gotten what we ordered. We didn’t get our Cole slaw, didn’t get our biscuits & we only got 12 pieces of chicken mostly wings & legs.
