The most outstanding restaurant ever. The food was immaculate. It was so good that I started levitating out of my seat. Before I even came here I smelt the food and started to float towards the restaurant like a silly cartoon character. And I just had to take a seat and try the food. The hot chocolate is so good. It reminded me of my childhood memories on a cold Christmas morning.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I’m a big believer in supporting local business and I really wanted to love El Tina. That said, I also feel I need to be forthcoming about the meal I ordered through Ubereats. While El Tina provides an abundance of arroz con gandules and maduros with their meals, I took 1 bite of the their 1/4 chicken lunch special and was unable to swallow it due to the abundance of salt. The same over abundance of salt is used with their salmon, as well as their arroz con gandules. Their maduros were not fully ripe and therefore not soft and sweet as they should be. While I prefer a more garlicky mojo sauce, El Tina’s was very tasty and I’d happily buy it in the future and add more garlic to use as a marinade.
