Ordered an 8-corner Detroit-style pizza (pepperoni, extra mushrooms, white sauce, well done) and was READY for it. The first pizza that showed up wasn’t right — wrong style, wrong toppings, not well done — so I called.
And THIS is where Jess Pizza won me over
They immediately listened, realized the mistake, canceled the order, and remade the pizza with delivery (I didn’t even have my car). No attitude, no back-and-forth — just excellent customer service.
The replacement pizza? PERFECT. Exactly what I ordered and absolutely delicious.
AND they surprised me with a 2-liter of pop I didn’t even ask for — a small touch that totally made my day.
Mistakes happen. Making it right like this? That’s how you keep customers.
10/10 will order again. ❤️

BEWARE of Jet’s Pizza Hilliard Main Street location. Not only was my delivery 20 minutes late, my pizza also came attached to the top of the pizza box. This is the 2nd time the pizza has come late but 1st time it’s not edible. Proceed with caution ordering from this location as the manager could care less about customer satisfaction as well.

This was my first time trying the BLT pizza and I was super excited. My son picked it up for me. I was very eager to come home to eat this pizza.
Well now I’m traumatized I hate finding hair in food!!!! It just grosses me out so much.

Amazing staff and management! I usually need a boatload of food to feed the hungry and bring them joy and comfort , especially in the cold months. Jet’s Pizza on Main located in HILLIARD OHIO, makes it happen!! AND fas!! They are all so happy to do it. Prayers answered for many. This location is the fastest, tastiest, and freshest in my opionion. 5 stars! NO 10 STARS !!

Man this place knocks it out the park EVERY TIME when you order online you control the flavor you control the cook time so if it’s not to your liking it’s possible some adjustments could be made because I can’t find anything to complain about with Jets!!

I’ve had Jets before, but I’ve never had Jet‘s hand tossed crust before. I tried it for the first time today was really impressed with the quality, presentation, & great flavor. I’m giving four stars because I also ordered cinnamon sticks and they barely came with a smudge of vanilla icing on top, it would be really great if you guys could add an option to purchase an additional side of icing on the Grub hub app, because I looked for it and it wasn’t available.
