Ordered pizza on Saturday night for delivery at 6:15, they said it would be 2 hours on online order, we thought it was Saturday night so we would just wait. At 8:20 my wife got a message from door dash (the store had subcontracted our delivery) that the oven was down and our order was delayed. No further messages or response, nothing from the store. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Josh?) who told me they were out of dough and couldn’t make any pizzas…this was more than 2 hours after our order was placed. No attempt to reach us and when I asked why he said they were too busy to call customers…THEY DONT HAVE ANY DOUGH AND THE OVEN ISNT WORKING!! What are they doing that’s keeping them so busy they can’t call to say they can’t make food.

Consistently good pizza from this location. Pizza is always hot and ready before the quoted time and they follow any special cooking instructions to the letter. Detroit style 8 corner with turbo crust is the way to go. Thick pizza with a good crunch without being heavy/soggy.

The food here is great, but I have tried to order a deep dish duo 2 separate times in the last month and they don’t know what it is! Might be the same person taking the order both times. What’s going on over there? Hasn’t been a problem the last 5 years, but apparently you have to explain what the menu is to some of the people that work there. I’ll order Dominoes.

Always a pleasure to order from Jet’s. First, their ordering by text system is fast and simple. The text system offers discounts with no coupon needed. When you enter the store, it is always clean and you can see the employees preparing your meal right in front of you. The cashiers are always pleasant and friendly. Best of all, when you open the box, you can see it wasn’t the company accountant who was the chef! Plenty of delicious and wholesome ingredients are packed in every order. The Detroit-style deep-dish crust is to die for! Jet’s never disappoints us (except when they are closed)!
