Hope this just happened to me but I came to eat the famous chimpa or mole and I expect to have a piece of chicken and they just give me bones, when I tell them about it with a bad attitude thy give another piece with meat on it, but when I pay they charge me for the extra piece of chicken that I ask for

Good service but mediocre beef barbacoa. Absolutely no trimming at all and full of large nugget sized pieces of fat. So greasy it literally tore the tortillas in half.
