I feel the food was too expensive for what felt like a light snack. It’s not very flavorful, but again, it’s good for a light snack. The menu prices were not accurate, so I paid more than I expected. The atmosphere is okay and feels less cozy than I expected. The customer service was great. Very kind and attentive. I would support them again.

I don’t often write negative reviews but probably won’t be returning to this restaurant. I was exited to find mole at a restaurant in Merced so I ordered the chicken mole for $18.oo The beans and rice were ok but the chicken mole was probably the worst I’ve ever had.

Food was good, but there didn’t seem to be a proper menu, so we weren’t sure what we could even get. Cashier mumbled a lot. Eerily quiet. Drinks were overpriced and the hot ones were undrinkably hot, in high insulated mugs.

I just visited this little place, and I hope it sticks around. I had the chicken mole with rice and beans, which was good but not great. However the tamales with mole are amazing and definitely worth the visit.
