I used to love going to this Jack in the box but the employee are so rude and disrespectful last time I was ordering and while I repeated my Oder the manager in charge the graveyard shift said “I herd you the first time” like what? I just now went again and the guy with a fresh tattoo and his sleeve rolled up thinking he was a cool dude, put up his finger to pause me while I was just going to ask for water sorry dude can’t multitask. They need to train these employees how to treat customers. The food is always fresh and good but I’m scared they’re going to do something to my food because I say something. Asked the family what they wanted for breakfast and they voted for Jack In The Box. Jack In The Box Store #1161 in Yuma was recently renovated, all the interior has a sheik modern look to it.
The cashier, Maria was absolutely phenomenal, she was courteous, attentive, and very pleasant.
Even after we got our order she walked around and asked if we needed anything, we asked for ranch and she brought us a few sauces and napkins.
She even recommended we try real eggs and I have to admit they were perfect. Slightly toasted, just the way I like them. The energy in the restaurant was positive and the interaction between the crew was playful and genuine.
Kudos to the staff at Jack In The Box on 16th Street and 3rd Avenue in Yuma, Arizona.

The burgers were made sloppy, fries were hard and stale, and the tacos were cold. Seems like noone was in the mood to cook. Food quality was poor. We trashed the Jack in the box food and went to Burger King. I would of added pictures but trashed the food.

I visited this location at 7:30am on a Saturday morning. I wanted to get out of the car rather than go thru the drive thru and I’m suuuuper confused as to why it wasn’t an option. As I’m pulling out, they opened the door, which is only a lot more frustrating. I remember now why I intentionally forget this location. I’ll go down the street to McD’s and pay a few $ more.

Ran out for a quick bite of chicken strips, got back to the office, opened them up and found egg rolls to go with my bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. They won’t answer their phones, called 4x back to back. I won’t be going back to THIS location. Very disappointing!
