Always go to the Jack on Catalina. Never had good service at this Jack but tonight takes the cake. Had to pick up a door dash order and the girl was ridiculously rude to me. She’s the shift lead too. Finally get them to acknowledge the order and they still won’t give it to me even though it was sitting there ready so they can yell at me and cuss me out while holding up the entire drive thru line.

6:20 07/24/2023 Waited 30 minutes for my food while the young manager boy walked around confused. I feel very sorry for the stuff under him was working so hard. I work labor myself and while he gave me my food you could just tell he hated being there. Sorry Jack in the Box never thought id be posting a bad review but that curly hair is lazy snd rude. Unfortunately i will not be going back and will have to change up my favorite choice of food to stop at. Thank you for your time.

Not going to bother getting my order replaced because this should not of happened to begin with – so I’m not contacting management. my order was correct so that was alright.. somebody knowingly gave us that black a$$ burger and fries that had to of been cooked in old oil and left out for hours.
