I had street tacos with their green salsa! It was delicious. I grew up near the border of Mexico and I had the best food there. It’s always hard to find authentic good Mexican food. This is the place to go if your looking for some tasty Mexican food! My husband and I have decided this is our place we’re going for Mexican food.

This is the second time we have had food to go. Both experiences exceeded expectations. We’ve had the tacos, smothered burrito (massive), tamales, and quesadilla. The lady in the window is so nice and friendly. Service is excellent. The salsas are amazing.

I was excited about the HUARACHES, which is also spanish for sandal (shoe)… in Mexican cuisine terms, it is the name of an oval shape, thick corn shell , topped with meat, salsa, etc. about the size of a men’s shoe …INSTEAD, we got half the size expected for $13 fr&&ekin’ dollars EACH piece!!! Total rip-off. 2 stars for good salsa flavor. So, 1st and last time here….There are a couple of mexican food places around Monument, which are quite authentic and with a better price-quantity ratio.
